Das Zimmer war nicht sauber (das habe ich sehr subtil gesagt) und die Flyer waren nicht einmal sauber, um zu schlafen. Es war auch sehr feucht, selbst wenn die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet war . Es fühlte sich an, als ob Wasser aus der Bettdecke herauskommen könnte. Das Frühstück war sehr wenig Auswahl und voller Ungeziefer.

First room won’t open so they had to change the room. Second room had a heavy smell of **** and the smoke detector was covered with a bag. The furniture was mostly broken and old. The floor was not that clean. We expected worse so we accepted the room. Front desk is not the friendliest but the breakfast lady is very helpful and friendly but speaks only spanish. Would definitely not stay again.

Great spot ,atmosphere terrific friendly folks in the area ,interstate very close which makes bourbon street near close on the city that never sleeps

Not a great place to stay area has alot of workin girls Hotel is worn out Could not get door lock to work properly So had to change rooms Lady at desk was helpful considering Took a deposit on arrival. Told me i would get it back on check out but then said 5 buisness days when i checked out. Took the kids down for breakfast but there was nothing but coffee and a few donuts. Who eats donuts for breakfast? Fridges were empty Waffle machine on display but not working Pretty sad. Not a good experience for kids .

Room was updated and didn't look gross. Good room for the price. Breakfast wasn't bad but it was from 6-9am which seems entirely too early for weekend travelers

I read the reviews and I was a little scared based off that and when I got there it was the complete opposite.My room was clean I didn’t have no bugs of any kind the staff was great.No one was on the property that didn’t before and I felt very safe

I loved it so much I stayed another day.And in the future I will come here.I live in New Orleans I wanted to get a room to rest.I love it here the Staff is great..The housekeeper's are amazing.I was in Georgia and I will say it's nothing like being home in New Orleans.Nola 4 life😏🤗😃

사진과 시설이 다르고, 2인 1실 이어서 침대가 2개로 나와 있는데, 킹사이즈 하나 였고 옆방에 소리가 다 들림 ㅅ방음상테 안좋고 시설이 노후하여 청결하지 못함 조명도 어둠고 두 번 다시 가고 싶지 않음. 싼게 비지떡이란 속담이 생각 남..Deposit 50$은 왜 받는지 이해가 안됨.

Die Unterkunft entsprach eher einer Baustelle. Die Möbel waren kaputt, die Anschlüsse in der Wand defekt uns an der Duschabtrennung waren Teile abgebrochen. Zudem war es sehr schmutzig (Dunkel gebe Urinspuren aussen an der Toilettenschüssel und auf dem daneben befindlichen Lenolium) und die Deckenlampe im Badezimmer hatte Algen angesetzt. Die Hälfte meiner Kaution wurde einbehalten. Bei Telefonischer Nachfrage wurde eine andere Telefonnummer angegeben, die nicht besetzt war. Alles in Allem nicht mehr mangelhaft sondern ungenügend.

Bei der Ankuft wollten wir das Zimmer begutachten. Nach etwas Diskussion, durfte eine Person auf das Zimmer, aber nicht unter die Bettwäsche schauen noch irgendwelche Schubladen öffnen. Im Badezimmer befand sich Schimmel. Nach dem mit Anwalt gedroht wurde, wurde uns ein sofortiger Check-Out angeboten. Unsere Empfehlung für dieses Hotel: Vermeidet es! Das andere Ramada in NOLA hat deutlich bessere Bewertungen und es ist unserer Einschätzung nach den Aufpreis wert. NOLA East ist auch nicht der Ort an dem wir noch mal übernachten würden, nachdem wir uns bei dem Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite eingemietet haben.

I am an independent hotel quality inspector. Companies hire me to inspect the quality and service of their franchise locations. I recently visited your Ramada at 6303 Chef Menteur Hwy location in New Orleans, LA on a private trip. The condition at this location needs drastic improvement. The staff was great and helpful however, there were several misleading amenities and cosmetic issues. The paint is chipping on several units (hazard). There were stains (blood) on the window shades. The bed covering smelled like ashes and smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel. There was no breakfast as advertised. The nook where the microwave, vending, and ice machine is located was very hot with no air circulating(Health hazard). Lastly the gated entry does not keep out unwanted guests as no verification was performed or a keyless entry pad provided at the gate(security hazard). The attendants (or automatic gate) simply opens for every car. Lastly the security latch screws on the room door were very loose(security hazard). I personally tightened them myself. The room door deadbolt hole was hollowed out and was not secure as it could be. The toilet seat was loose and slides as a person sits down on it (safety hazard). The artwork was lovely. I would rate this hotel a 4 on a 10 scale. Budget friendly does not mean skip on the quality.

This was a weekend get away. The property was exactly like the picture. The only thing I would make a concern is the doors was not secured and the bathroom sink did not drain. And the phone in the room did not work.

Me and my friends had two rooms for essence fest weekend and I will never stay here again one of the between the water bugs dirty sheet s and one rude overnight front desk person I was a mess uncomfortable stay. It started out okay when we arrived front desk was nice once we got to the rooms that’s even things started to get alil different. One time was suppose to be a two bedroom suite and it wasn’t it was 1 bedroom and then a bed in the livingroom area next that same room had a broken chair in there that was pushed behind the table against the wall the sheets on one of the beds was dirty. The second hotel room was alil better not dirty but the bathroom needed alil fixing broken toilet paper holder the sink was clogged up but eventually the water went down now the one thing both rooms had towards the end of the weekend is a water bug problem( I know it’s the south and them things are around but I still don’t want them in my rooms the staff for the most part were nice except one overnight girl she had the lobby front door locked when we returned to the hotel. one night and was upset pulled on the door to get in response for having the door locked was lock this door ever night very nasty the lobby door wasnt locked any other night ( i understand locking the door for your safety but the attitude that was giving was uncalled for besides those issues the weekend it self was decent but those issues along i will not be returning to this hotel
