With very few motorboats on the lake, it is a serene location perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing (license required for anyone over 15) or just sitting by the fire listening to nature and checking out the stars. In the winter, you can ice fish (license required) and when the ice is clear and thick, skate across the lake! Most of the opposite side of the lake is undeveloped, providing beautiful views. There is a town boat launch adjacent to the property. So bring your own boat (up to 20') and you can dock it right on the property. Jetskis are NOT permitted on the lake. But you can rent them or use them on Lake Winnipesaukee just 10 minutes away. In addition to all the benefits of this gorgeous home and outdoor space, the location is ideal.
