The hotel may be ok if the cleaning problem is solved (bathroom, walls, floor, and beds). The real problem is the noise, outside but mostly inside: everynight there was a party in the "lobby" (I guess). Too loud, too many people (apparently), too going up and going down the stairs, walking and talking on the hall. They also start around 6:00 am moving and talking loud preparing the breakfast. We couldn't rest our four nights here. The breakfast didn't work for us either. The first day we arrived at 5:00 am and tried to have breakfast at 9:00 am but it was over; the only gave us some chai and bread.

The guest was given room in the property we had booked stating that the rooms are sold out. Instead the guest was accommodated in a different hotel that was of lower category. This was very much embarrassing for us and annoying for the guest.

The wardrobe was dusty . Bathroom dirty,smelly with a leaking toilet . With each flush water escape through the base of the toilet. The toilet was all stained , it need a good scrub and clean. The tap of the wash basin all shaky. When the tap is opened the water will come beyond the basin and you will get wet. The bath towels doesn’t look clean. Pillows were dirty Just wondering how the hotel get three star status. You expect minimum standard of cleanliness in a 3 star hotel

The hotel is on a busy street but the glazing is excellent so there is little traffic noise. Rooms are large with Aircon which worked. Room service is good and the small basic restaurant serves good food Indian style. I stayed there twice and the second time the room had been smoked in, so ask for a non smoking room if you want one. Friendly and helpful staff. Taxis for the airport or day trips organised at good value.

The manger at night is him self a worth less person & when it comes to this worest hotel It is one of the worst experience I ever had. The entire toilet system was a failure. Taps Flushes were not working properly. Moreover they even don't have a proper ventilation system for the bathroom so that it's so disgusting. Also, inside the room the walls were too dirty and the air conditioning was not working properly so that it's creating a bad smell inside the room. The beds were also unhygiene
