Atlanta at New Delhi Train Station - Hostel

My stay at this hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional, setting a terrible tone right from the start. On top of that, we were overcharged for both the room and basic necessities like water, which felt like a blatant rip-off. The building itself is in awful condition and nearly impossible to locate. Our room was dirty. The sheets had hair on them, and the overall hygiene of the space was appalling. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The breakfast was another disaster. It was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it—definitely not what you'd expect. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The online reviews and photos are deceptive, and the reality is far worse. It’s a complete misrepresentation, and I feel sorry for anyone else who has had a similar experience, we can call this "scam hotel". To the owner and management, I highly recommend that you take steps to improve the facilities and hire staff who understand the importance of customer service. Treating guests with respect and honesty should be your PRIORITY, rather than trying to take advantage of them. I also urge TripAdvisor to investigate the authenticity of the reviews for this hotel. I’m convinced that many of the positive reviews are fabricated to boost their ratings.

One of the best properties i have ever stayed at. The building is beautiful. You cant beat rhe view. And staff is the friendliest I've had Such a luxurious hotel! The minute you step into the hotel, there are staff helping with your bags and providing assistance with checking in. The room is stunning and location is walking distance to the subway. Beautiful hotel, staff and stay!The view isn’t amazing, if you get a room facing the street.After four days' business, I changed my room because my family was coming. Surprisingly,I was selecetd as the “Guest of the Day” and the room was upgraded to the top floor. Those days Some Organisation had a meeting in the hotel so that I saw some securities were standing in that floor. But the activity did not bother us at all. The staffs are really friendly, helpful and very well organized. Thanks for the great treat!
