My stay at this hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional, setting a terrible tone right from the start. On top of that, we were overcharged for both the room and basic necessities like water, which felt like a blatant rip-off. The building itself is in awful condition and nearly impossible to locate. Our room was dirty. The sheets had hair on them, and the overall hygiene of the space was appalling. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The breakfast was another disaster. It was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it—definitely not what you'd expect. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The online reviews and photos are deceptive, and the reality is far worse. It’s a complete misrepresentation, and I feel sorry for anyone else who has had a similar experience, we can call this "scam hotel". To the owner and management, I highly recommend that you take steps to improve the facilities and hire staff who understand the importance of customer service. Treating guests with respect and honesty should be your PRIORITY, rather than trying to take advantage of them. I also urge TripAdvisor to investigate the authenticity of the reviews for this hotel. I’m convinced that many of the positive reviews are fabricated to boost their ratings.
