Novotel New Delhi City Centre

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Novotel. Es liegt in der Altstadt von Delhi, aber nicht weit vom Connaught Place entfernt, wo sich viele Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants befinden. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr neu und noch nicht ganz fertig. Es war jedoch sehr sauber und modern, und das Personal war durchweg hervorragend. Sie haben sich um alle meine Wünsche gekümmert und meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Sobald die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind, ist dieses Hotel ein idealer Ort für jeden Neu-Delhi-Besucher. Ein kurzes Lob an den Koch Sachin: Er hat mir ein perfektes Butter Chicken Curry zubereitet, obwohl es nicht auf der Speisekarte stand.

We recently stayed at Novotel New Delhi City Centre during a holiday to explore Delhi and Agra, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived—hours before check-in—we were warmly welcomed by Sharmistha at reception. Not only did she manage to sort us a room straight away at no extra cost, but she did so with a constant smile and genuine warmth. Just like every other staff member we encountered, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A big shoutout as well to Prakash, our housekeeper, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble—extra water, clean sheets daily, and always a friendly chat. He genuinely cared and it showed in everything he did. We also spent some time relaxing at the gym and pool area, and the two attendants working up there were just brilliant. Although I didn’t catch their names, they looked after us so well—setting out towels, making sure we had plenty of water, even arranging food orders for us. Like all the staff, they always greeted us with a smile and were more than happy to help. The hotel itself is immaculate, offering a peaceful and comfortable escape after a long day out in the vibrant hustle and bustle of Delhi. It felt like a calm oasis, and we looked forward to coming back to it each day. I can say without hesitation that I would 100% recommend Novotel Delhi City Centre to anyone visiting the city. If we return to Delhi, this will absolutely be our go-to hotel. Thank you to everyone—from reception and security to housekeeping and every team member in between—for making our stay so memorable.
