We booked the superior triple room from the 31st jan to 2nd feb, we arrived on the 1st of feb in the morning and the room was not ready. Finally they gave us a small unsanitary room on the ground floor next to the recption, we were too tired to argue with the receptionist for another room. The room was not soundproof and we could hear the receptionist watching movies for the whole day and it was hard to sleep. The wall was very dirty with lots of muddy foot marks and the furniture was really old and damaged. The bathroom was filthy as well as the tap, wash bassin and electrical switches. Strongly do not recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Reached hotel at around 1. 30, the first words of the manager were that it is a self service hotel inspite of having paid service charges. Nobody assisted in reaching the room. Nobody showed the room, just nonsense. Ac to begin with was allowed but immediately tripped off from the main board. At around 6. 30, i had to leave as i received a hoax call from someone regarding misuse of my aadhar. Was it managed by the hotel manager so that i can vacate the room, i don't know but it seemed like that.

Room service is not good and fan is not clean maine 1680 pay kaya us ke hisab se. Hotal ki service nahi.

I wanna complain for hotel, hotel didn't gave me room in the hotel i have booked, they said they don't have space, all rooms are full, so they arrange different room in the neighbour hotel, and room was so bad,, so why would we use make my trip if we can't get room that we have booked, i waste my money, i want to get back my money. Hows that possible that my room is occupied by someone else, i have confirmed booking, they didn't gave me room
