It's was the worst stay in India... I checked out 2 nights earlier to another hotel booked with trip also
When u cha our not even a question from staff..wifi/food/towels all horrible..
I trusted trip's review .. bur was extremely dissapoinred

Just started from the Check in was very smooth and fast , front desk person was very polite and explained everything about the and location that is so helpful ,room was very clean and the towels and bedsheet was fresh and cleaned, i hope next time i ll stay there only

Mostly I like the hotel cleanness and location,all staff is very friendly and polite I stay there for 3 nights I feel very safe like as my home because of all staff was very humble ,they room cleaning everyday , bath shower little bit slow other than everything was good

Hotel is at good location,room service was good ,there is no restaurant only room service 24*7 ,all staff was very polite room was so neat and clean , reception person was also so nice and helpful,all are shopping places is very near from hotel ,easy to get auto and risksha any time

All the reviews are fake. I stayed here n I was shocked. Yellowish brown colour towel wit a weird smell. Bedsheet feels little dusty n not fresh. Stape smell in a corner of rm. N good wifi. Menu wit list but when order it's not available. No1 speaks proper English except front desk. NOT WORTH THE PRICE YOU PAY AT ALL

Stayed in 2 rooms as a dimly on 1sr floor for 3 nights. Each night discounted from early evening or middle of night by families (with children) slamming doors, running around the corridors and shouting all night. Every one of them were ruse when asked to stop. Staff struggled to control them. Absolute disaster all around! Whatever you do, do NOT stay here!

We stayed here for 2 nights and we were happy. We had the hotel arrange a taxi from the airport early morning. They were happy to accept money to let us check in early (about 7 am) which was totally worth it considering our long flight. The room was as expected, no problems , the staff were friendly, reception were also able to give us a competitive money exchange rate for UK pounds, all in all very friendly. The location of the hotel is fairly central to the train station, it is in fairness is a little rundown near the hotel, but that all adds to the character. We paid for the hotels to take us back to the airport for our onward journey, it was more expensive than an Uber would have been due to it being one way only. All in all not a bad place.

The staff were genuinely welcoming, charming and helpful. Gayrav and Krishna both deserve a special mention as they met every request and then went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service, clean rooms and facilities as expected from a good hotel. Thank you very much.

3 of us staying in one room. Unfortunately the service provided was terrible. Asked for ice, glasses, milk - promised but not provided. There was only one cup in the room - asked for more but never arrived. Reception guy hassling us for a 5 star review before we left the hotel. No restaurant onsite and menu provided could not be fulfilled. Reception very unhelpful when asked for any kind of assistance. Would definitely not stay here ever again.
