The room was clean and big with all kitchen utensils included a washing machine, very convenient if you have a car easy to reach all the places, many malls near by with a good service restaurants

The pictures online are nice. However, the location is an a strange part of town, next to abandoned buildings. We didn’t feel exactly safe walking to the mall which is near by. Amenities are dated and couch is filthy with visible stains. After inspecting the bed after checking in, we saw literal bug stains on the sheet and actual bugs in the crease of the mattress. We notified management and they came upstairs, flipped the mattress up and said they didn’t see any bugs, and offered us a different room. Even after showing them our pictures. We checked out minutes later and ask for a refund which was refused.

Everyone had scared us about taking apartment hotel stays in cairo but this was such a pleasant surprise. The staff Moustafa and Mohammed helped us with our bookings and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. The place is in new cairo city which was far from downtown and Giza but it was so easy to get an uber from there and back. The neighbourhood felt very safe even when we came late in the nights. Walking distance from 90 mall.

It was for us the perfect stay. We stayed only one night, but it was all perfect. The location is very quite but central, the staff friendly and the appartments big and nice. We will come back. Thanks a lot.

The services are on point & cleanliness is perfect. The best location in the middle of everything & I love the interior so cosy and comfy and if you need anything everybody is here for you to help. Definitely would recommend it to others😍
