The living area has a sofa with additional side chairs that face the gas log fireplace. Directly behind the living area is the kitchen, featuring a large island with seating. A stack washer/dryer is tucked away in a closet. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. The secondary bedroom consists of full-over-full bunk beds. Its ensuite bathroom has a dual faucet sink and a walk-in shower. Guests will have their own private outdoor space with a deck/patio area. This outdoor living space has a Fuego grill and dining set and wraps around to the unit's private hot tub, outdoor shower, and parking/charging space for a rented golf cart. Additionally, each unit will have 2 parking spaces located at the front of the development.
