The Summit Vacation and RV Resort

Prior to arrival we had to pay 140dollars for cleaning otherwise threatened with booking cancellation. On arrival found blood on light switch inside front door, broken pane of glass in master bedroom window. Dead cockroach behind sofa as well as discarded used tissue and potato chips. Work unit in kitchen had burn Mark's and crack in shower. I opening a cupboard found joinery items where obviously work had not been completed and just left

The furniture is dated but overall, it's a nice clean friendly place to take the family on a week long or weekend getaway.

This is a great retreat place. The food around the place is amazing. Is so quiet and peaceful and we always stay at the Villas! No neighbors to hear their loud kids. We go back every year! The suites are super large and everyone has a place to rest!

My wife and I traded into this resort and were quite pleased with the space. We had planned to bring friends along but they didn't have time. The place is a little dated but still comfortable. It is all stairs to get in so keep that in mind. We both liked how they were their own self contained large cabins. No worries about hearing your neighbor. The kitchen table was a bit large for the space IMO. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. The staff was fantastic. Even tho it was February we were able to canoe along the river and the staff got everything together for us. There is plenty to do in the area but Austin and San Antonio are only an hour away.

Super friendly staff, very clean accommodations. The decor is a bit dated, however very comfortable facility. Our villa had quite a few stairs - so if this is a concern for anyone I would reconsider another unit.

What a beautiful resort. quite serene and restful Staff is helpful; w/o being intrusive. The resort is immaculate. Views are amazing.Pools are close. Attraction in the area are not too far of a drive. l I can not sing accolades higher
