The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

For me, the best restaurant that I have tried in Cappadocia. I liked that the meals were full of veggies an it was not only about meat, as in some other restaurants. I didn't stay at the hotel during my stay in Ner/Nevsehir, but I visited the place with my boyfriend for lunch. To the ordered meals, we got a place of vegetables and also drinking water. The meals were tasty and I also haven't seen this offer in other restaurants. So I totally recommend to stop by here.

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

Der Geschäftsführer Fatih fühlt sich sehr interessiert und wie zu Hause für seine Gäste. Ihr Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Zimmer und die Terrasse haben eine charmante Luft. Sie können in der Nähe des Hotels in der Mitte viele Punkte sehen und besuchen, die Sie gerne sehen. Ein tolles Hotel, das einen schönen Urlaub ansehe.

Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Zum Ankunft wurden wir frisch geboten. Elif, Feyzo und Yigit waren alle sehr hilfreich. freundlich und freundlich. Elif arrangierte unsere Hotelzimmer und prüfte alles, bevor sie uns die Schlüssel gegeben hatten. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Hauptgrün hat viele entspannende Sofas und Stühle in der Sonne zu sitzen. Keine Störung vom Hauptverkehr. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Alles frisch und schmeckt. Ich würde gerne zurückgehen, um ihren Service zu nutzen. Sehr geschätzt.

Es war ein Ort, an dem wir sehr gerne sehen wollten, und ich dachte nie, wir würden uns so viel Spaß verbringen. Das Hotel hat uns in der frühen Morgenstunde bei der Ankunft geholfen, und es war unglaublich schön, drei Tage in einem sauberen, warmen Zimmer zu verbringen, nachdem wir so weit in der Eisform gekommen waren. Die Mitarbeiter sind im Allgemeinen sehr süß und lachend. Das Frühstück war sehr viel und unglaublich lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr schön in der Lage. Die Restaurants sind sehr nahe an Orten, die im Tagesausflug zu besuchen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, dass es sich um einen Spaziergang handelt. Wir waren mit einem bekannten Weg und haben uns bei der Wahl unseres Zimmers sehr geholfen, und trotzdem bleiben wir in diesem Hotel. Wir danken allen nochmals. Es wird absolut empfohlen.

Wunderbares Hotel mit erstaunlicher Kundenservice !! Ich liebe dieses Hotel so sehr. Der Empfangsmann wusste, dass ich diese Zeit einsam bin. Sie schlugen mir viele nützliche Reisen für einen Tag in Goreme town.wie Restaurant, Café, Sightseeing points.trip.com zeigte falsche Kontrolle und Reisezeit. Ich kam um 11 Uhr zum Hotel. Nach kleinem Gespräch mit mir erlaubten sie mir, früh zu checken. Nicht zu erwähnen, dass das Hoteldesign fantastisch ist mit sehr schönem Schwimmbad. Ich bin heute Morgen nach dem Frühstücksbuffet in den Schwimmbad gespringen. Das Schwimmbadwasser ist sehr cool, aber es hat mich erfrischend am Morgen gelassen. Vielen Dank. Sehr süß. Ich habe das Geschenk vom Hotel, wenn ich mich zurück zum Flughafen sende und ich werde mich an euch Jungs erinnern - enthusiastische Dienstleistungen und dieses Hotel! So glücklich hier zu bleiben.
