Es wird als ein bewundernswertes Ort, aber als Aufenthaltsort lässt etwas zu wünschen. Wir sind hier für das zweite Jahr zurück, hoffentlich Verbesserungen zu finden, aber so war es nicht. Wenn man die Hygiene-Einzelheiten in den Zimmern hinterlässt, ist vielleicht das einzige, was noch gerettet wird, mit einigen Vorbehalten, der Pool. Wenn Sie ein paar Dorfbewohner haben, sollten Sie zumindest die Möglichkeit geben, Wasser und Kaffee zu konsumieren, aber Sie können auch unter der Sonne sterben, weil der Keller nicht vor 12 Uhr öffnet. Ein Kind wurde in Wasser am Innenkant des Gewächs gebrochen, das wegen der entfernten Majolie schneidend war. Wenn man von dem Frühstück spricht, ist das, was man von einer Einrichtung erwartet, die größten Schokoladezeiten, enttäuscht, weil es nur eine Person gibt, die zwischen einem Sitz und einer Dutzend Tische im Zimmer wechselt. Die Wartezeiten sind eindeutig nervös. Die Qualität ist auch gesunken, 3 Arten von Kuchen, aber nichts außergewöhnliches, vor allem ein wenig ohne Etiketten, die die Inhaltsstoffe beschrieben. Samstag Abend beginnt die externe Veranstaltung. 18. Geburtstag mit so viel Dj, Musik, Tanzen, Songs und Feuerwerk... alles in der Innenplatz in der Nähe der Wohnungen. Ich bitte um Rezeption, aber die Antwort war, dass sie nichts mit den Veranstaltungen zu tun hatten! Ich sage: Wer schützt also die Gäste der Wohnungen, da Sie dann um 21 Uhr auch den Dienst schließen? Wir gingen endlich umher, um Diskussionen zu vermeiden, aber bei unserem Rückkehr (24:45) waren die Feiern noch im Gange, anschließend wurden die Gegrüße, Lächeln und Türenschlachten gefolgt. Sprechen wir noch über ein schönes Resort, wo man Urlaub in der totalen Entspannung verbringen kann?

The view from the balcony is amazing...being right on the beach is such a convenience, especially with small children. There are quite a few steps to go down (good workout!) and there's a nice bar with food & drinks halfway down. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool because you have to pay extra (8 euros a day) but that's ok because the sea is crystal clear and clean...really great! We brought our own umbrella and didn't use the beach loungers available (weren't sure if you could just take them or not). But beach is small and not too overcrowded. Nice swimming, good walk to other beaches with beach bars. The room is small and simple and the main building is a very outdated but for the price/location it's a great deal! It takes 5 minutes by car to arrive at the center of Anzio...full of restaurants and a cute piazza with lots of people. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking right across the street. Plus if you need the parking along the beach is free too. We will be back!

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for 10 nights. We chose Serpa because it gives excellent access to Rome, only an hour away by train from the nearby station Marechiaro. British visitors will be astonished at the low fares and efficient service that Trenitalia offers. We recommend using Trainline to book tickets. Travel into Anzio town and nearby Nettuno is also easy on the local buses, and there’s plenty to see and do. We thoroughly recommend the two beachhead museums and the Anglo-US cemeteries are well worth a visit. It pays to download the free Cotral app to get real-time bus schedules. Practicalities aside, we were very pleased with the service Serpa provides. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the sea view from the balcony rooms is commanding. The aircon is free and very efficient; there are abundant charging points; the shower is excellent; plenty of storage space, and the bed was comfortable with linen changed every day. Our only criticism is that the Wi-Fi signal is patchy and sometimes erratic, especially if you are outside. Breakfast is served in a dedicated area, and though not sumptuous, the fare on offer is varied and tasty with excellent fresh coffee on request. The reception staff are also extremely helpful (our thanks to Carlotta, Ryan, Paul and Bernadette for their superb service.) Serpa does not have a pool or a bar, although you can order drinks at Reception and add the bill to your room tab. There’s a small supermarket up the hill about 10 minutes away, and a variety of eateries within easy walking distance. So if you are planning to lap up the delights of Rome, or maybe explore the history of the 1944 Anzio landings, Serpa Hotel will not disappoint.

Residence in posizione strategica tra Pomezia e il litorale, molto accogliente: camera ampia con cucina attrezzata, molto pulita, silenziosa e tranquilla. Letto comodo, bagno con diversi prodotti per toilette (shampoo, doccia schiuma e saponette) e biancheria pulitissima. La reception chiude alle 21, ma viene fornito il telecomando per accesso al parcheggio privato. Disponibile distributore di bevande calde e fredde nella hall. Ci siamo trovati molto bene
