Had a 3 night stay here and have to say was really dissapointed, although the room we had was beautiful the food wasnt great and the drinks included in the all inclusive were poor. This was my first ever trip to tenerife and was super excited but left with no desire to return. I got up early one morning and visited the reception and asked if we could possibly have some more of the milk pots so we could all have a hot drink before the buffet opened and was told no. On our 1st night when queing for the bar the staff were adgitated because of the amount of people coming to get their last drinks before the bar was closed and she told us all we were only allowed 1 drink per person. There was no entertainment other than a game of bingo one night, no music around the pool during the day and the main bar in the hotel didnt open until 3.30 we had to use the pool bar. I wasnt a fan of the salt water pool but thats personal preferance. Unfortunatley we wont be returning.

I rented a villa in July 2024 for myself, my husband, and our granddaughter. We paid an incredibly high amount for just four days, €3,640, money I regret down to the last cent. I'm writing in Romanian because I believe that 90% of the tourists were my fellow citizens. Many of them got deals, but since we booked shortly before leaving, we paid this huge amount. My reasons for dissatisfaction are many. I'll list just a few: - Plenty of food, but poorly cooked, likely from cheap ingredients, with many sauces and strange combinations. - The beef was inedible, full of gristle, and impossible to chew. - The fish, not very varied, was mostly fried in a lot of oil or covered with a thick crust of flour and egg. - The vegetables and fruits were tasteless. - The whole hotel needs renovation; it's clear that it has been overused. - There's always a long line at the beach bar, probably to discourage consumption. - The beach towels are very worn out. - The à la carte restaurants keep almost the same menu daily. - Some staff members show no hint of friendliness. I could list many more, but I’ll just give you my conclusion: I would never go back and would not recommend it to friends. A vastly overrated location.

We travelled to Bulgaria for the first time and will definitely return. The premise is only few years old and an oasis of luxury. Paired with the amazing food at the buffet and the impeccable team we had an exceptional time there. Our 2 daughters (3 and 6) loved it as well. Great entertainment team and kids club as well a well maintained beach. The spa and sauna facilities are fantastic. Finally the gym is the best equipped one, I,d ever seen in a hotel or resort. Further, if you like it clean, that’s the place to be.

I think it is a truly 5 star hotel. Clean & new, a good and nice location. Staff is very kind and professional. Also the entertainers are very nice and funny, expecially Aurelia and Victor!! We also liked the food. It's a good hotel for family with children. The rooms and the pools are clean & nice and the beach is also good. Very good atmosphere!! We'll surely be back!!! One of the best experience ever! One week vacation to this lovely place. Front office manager (Kalojam Procopovici) is one kind and professional human and manager. This kind of managers is what the world needs. He takes his job with pride and take care his guests. My husband was with a broken leg and FO made it much easier for us. They give us a room next to the pools and closer to the beach and kids club,that was very well appreciated. As a former hotel manager I see things from all the perspectives, this place has it all. From Yoanna at the ice cream cafeteria shop, to the girls at the kids club,lady at the spa, bell boys, servers in the restaurant they all make you feel welcome and appreciated. It's truly 5 star hotel. Clean, new, very good location and nice. Staff is very professional , very kind and helpful . Good kitchen .It's very good hotel for family with children . Pools are clean ,beach is good. Very good atmosphere . We'll back.
