GGastnutzerTad a is a very small place and ilara hotel and spa is a pleasant discovery of a boutique hotel with great facilities at an unexpected location. The staff is kind and courteous, food is good and rooms are comfortable. And clean. 5

GGastnutzerRoom was good, spacious but was not cleaned well up on arrival. We saw some bugs and asked for clean up which they did it quite fast but could be better if they did it prior to arrival. There was some issue with water supply in washrooms (which happened both the days) for which we had to wait almost and hour. There were stains ok lenin. Overall it was not a great stay but as per the locality it’s the good stay.

GGastnutzerMy stay was extended, and during the first two days, i had good wi-fi. However, after that, the wi-fi was poor. I informed the hotel management about the issue, and they told me they were working on it, but by the time i checked out, the wi-fi had not improved. Only on this aspect i'm not happy with the stay.

GGastnutzerThe hotel has given only one contact number and the employee who has the cellphone just simply kept it switched off as he was on leave. They must keep a phone permanently at hotel reception or have a landline installed at the premises.

GGastnutzerThe stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.

GGastnutzerThe stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.

GGastnutzerEs ist nicht wie ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es war ein Uringeräuch im Toilette und nicht richtig gereinigt. Auch nachdem sie sich beschweren, sprühen sie einfach den Frischner. Viel Staub im Bett ausgebreitet. Schäden im Boden. Aber die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist gut
