GGastnutzerThe property is located in the business area of the city and well connected. Malls, multiplex are nearby. The hotel room is spacious with clean bathroom. The resturant is excellent with amazing food.

GGastnutzerThe stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.

GGastnutzerThe hotel has given only one contact number and the employee who has the cellphone just simply kept it switched off as he was on leave. They must keep a phone permanently at hotel reception or have a landline installed at the premises.

GGastnutzerThe stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.

GGastnutzerThere is delay in issuing room - 30 minutes it took. The room service dept sent tea instead of coffee when we ordered when its double occupancy the towels, water kept are not in 2 sets despite reminder they did not clear the items after eating. Had to call twice. Breakfast was not upto the mark to preserve the reputation of dr uttam the service team there also dont ask if we need spoons, fork. Water was not served until asked. Infact table did not have glass, fork and tissues. Plates are not there. We had to ask. Order was taken but wrongly delivered. The ambience is good. The sleep was tight and other facilities are also fine. Centrally located hotel. Must improve. Hence 3 rating

GGastnutzerHi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money
