Wundervoller Urlaub als Paar. Wir hatten wunderschönen Urlaub in dem tollen Hotel.Es ist zwar nicht die neueste Anlage aber gut erhalten und toller Service... Das beste am ganzen war das Essen und das nette Personal. Dileon war der tollste von allen. Jung, sympathisch und macht seine Arbeit unglaublich gut! Das Land ist Wunderschön... Unvergessliche Reise. My husband and I came to our first Sandals trip to Negril for our honeymoon! The food was amazing, and the entertainment staff kept the party going! King James and Bleu were our favorite entertainers! We did the catamaran cruise add on excursion to Rick’s Cafe and the snorkeling. We also did the candlelight dinner add on, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed how snorkeling and other water activities were apart of sandals package as well. We had some difficulty with paying for things that were “charged to our room”, but after calling banks and discussing to a different receptionist we were able to figure it out. We recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, but active resort that has great entertainment!

The entertainment is amazing and the entertainers very friendly, and talented. The dancers have the moves and the singers have melodious voices. Food is good too. Our favorote so far is Bayside, as they have a delicious lamb dish and duck dish. What more can you ask... it's a paradise!

The experience here is fantastic. The food and drinks were amazing, we had the beach front rooms and every person we had the pleasure of meeting was friendly and kind. The vibes were the best. I really can’t say enough good things. All the staff was not only helpful but also fun to hang out with. They had plenty of activities to do when events weren’t going on. From beach or pool volleyball to cornhole, to bocce; there was plenty to do. The piano bar at night was probably my husbands favorite spot. The main stage evening shows were probably my favorite.king James ,Bryan ,Chevy ,lady bleu ,Dillion ,Ashli-Ann and lush and Ruth did a phenomenal job .

This is our second time to vacation at Sandals Negril. It is a beautiful vacation paradise! Staff is wonderful. Entertainment is amazing. We have seen fire throwing, a steel drum band, and the headphone party was so cool. Restaurants are wonderful. The sand is soft and the water is clear.

We went to Sadals Negril for a wedding just a week ago. We thought the resort was beautiful. We did stay in the Sundowners 1BR with Butler Service and the room was very nice, but was also very hot (even though my travel agent received assurance it wouldn't be). It looks like it is the only building in the resort that doesn't have updated AC. We just took cold showers and had a fan delivered and made the best out of it. The Butler Service was nice. Sundowners restaurant and Brava was great food. As far as staff, it was hit and miss. We didn't notice a super friendly staff as some reviews indicated but nothing rude either. I do know that a few members of the wedding party did not receive the rooms they paid for (ocean view) and when they inquired from front staff, they tried to say the travel agent misled them (even though they had the receipt showing the correct room was booked and paid for). I thought that was pretty disappointing. We had nearly 50 people for the wedding so you would think they would rectify that considering that. All in all, it was a nice trip. To be honest, we would probably not go back and I'm not sure I would have a wedding at this particular resort, but it ended up being beautiful and worked out having our travel agent on stand by to help resolve issues for us. The beach is beautiful and the resort is a good size. Just maybe stay in the buildings with newer AC if you like to cool down in your room.

We will start with the positive the loyalty staff and entertainment staff are amazing....butler doctor g is top notch...Lady Sky Antonio Odane Lady Blue Buzzi bryan...there the best....well worth the trip...Best loyalty team ever absolutely the most fabulous people we have ever associated with an assest sandals brand they need a raise...the loyalty ladies were amazing big up to Pamella, Ashlee , Madonna, Merlene, Natascia. Only negative was very poor reception and front desk hospitality was very poor...

I love sandals Negril but found some areas kinda nasty in this trip. Some of the workers were not as friendly also seemed bothered by asking them questions . Food is great.. the restaurants are the best ! Bravo is by far the best new restaurant on the property . The manager was very nice and was working so hard to keep everything so great .

Terrible Vacation,First all the place is not clean. We had a swim up room , rugs was dirty and the couches. Every time you turn around somebody trying to sell you your next vacation. We booked a private vehicle tour to BOB MARLEY house through sandals ,the driver ask my friend to hold his phone and give him directions to the tour,we asked him to take us somewhere to eat and shop he never did that. After the tour was done we had to look for him to go back to resort he was sleep and mad we woke him up. We drove for 20 minutes before the driver realized he left his phone ,so we had turn around so he can get his phone he picked up at 7 am and dropped us off at 5pm . HE NEVER STOP TO FEED US. We express with sandals and they said sorry ,and asked if we wanted to book another vacation. We ordered breakfast from the butler, the coffee pot came to our room with ants all over it.How do you upgrade the hotel room ,but keep the outdated bathroom, tub had yellow stains everywhere
