Very nice hotel in Negombo. Close to the sea and the city. Breakfast and lunch were very nice. Rooms big and clean as well as the swimming pool. A special thanks to Remon, he was super kind to us during our whole stay. A lot of respect for him and his job!

Rooms seem ok Toilet and shower good. Breakfast of reasonable quality Staff attentive Room has no telephone though one was supposed to be there 😂 Location quaint and idyllic almost like urban village feel Surrounded by old houses and very narrow streets

Filthy damp and musty room (Room No 4001). Our request for another room was declined as the hotel was full. Locals / group trips- please check with the hotel if the bus can drop off passengers at the hotel entrance because the acess road is extremely narrow. Food - very basic spread.

Super nice experience! Really welcoming staff, peaceful place and delicious food. Big and clean room and useful nice pool! Various restaurants in the nearby and 5 minutes walk to the beach.We stayed here for a couple of day and we really appreciate! highly recommended!!!
