I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! Must mention front office Supun and Raj from F&B was supportive throughout our stay.

Customer service amazing especially Raj the F&B manager. Fantastic beach front setting. The rooms are extremely spacious and very very comfortable. Good location for town Breakfast delicious. Best I’ve tasted in 2 years living in Sri Lanka. Negatives - currently there is major construction work ongoing in the hotel. Until midnight last night!! Dust everywhere and noise. They don’t clean the room unless you ask. No new towels or bed made up. .

We went to the hotel to spend the New Year’s Eve and it was a nice experience. I was bit upset with checkin procedures but they definitely made up for that with their New Year’s Eve party. Pool is clean with breathtaking view of the ocean. I must appreciate their efforts in arranging the New Year’s Eve party stunningly.

We had a great 31st night gala dinner and 2 lovely days at the hotel. Sea bath was great and dip in the swimming pool was so relaxing. Hospitality and catering were excellent. Staff were so friendly and kind to assist us around the hotel. Pool/ lifeguard ( Miranda) Room service (Supun) and catering staff ( Tharushika) were outstanding.

My family and I had the pleasure of attending the fabulous Gala Dinner for New Year’s Eve at Earl’s Regent Negombo. It was an incredibly colorful and entertaining event, offering a delicious buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The evening was truly a delight for all of us! The staff, especially Supun Mendis and the team, did a fantastic job of ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. We also booked a suite at Earl’s Regent for my sister on the same day, and it was undoubtedly one of the most breathtaking rooms I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect—spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone—families or couples—looking to enjoy a wonderful and memorable experience. A big thank you to the staff, and especially Supun Mendis and his team, for making our stay extraordinary!

The staff in the hotel is very courteous and helpful. When we entered, the front office manager Supun gave his personal mobile and F&B manager’s personal mobile to call for any issue. Well laid out buffet. The hot butter cuttlefish dish we ordered to the room was one of the best I ever ate, spicy, juicy and tender. Same with the devilled fish. Beach is only a few meters away from the hotel premises.
