Das Hotel sieht von außen gut aus, aber die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich in den Mahlzeiten, was ein Plus ist. Der Service ist nett. Bevor wir dort ankamen, wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Pool außer Betrieb ist, aber wir bekamen einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus in die Stadt. Lage mit schöner Aussicht, aber weit von der Stadt entfernt.

Hygiene, Heizbedingungen, nicht einmal eine Steckdose für zwei Personen, um Ihr Telefon an das Ladegerät anzuschließen, ist eine Schande, wir haben November und das Wetter ist sehr kalt, aber die Heizsysteme funktionieren nicht, mit einem Wort, es ist eine Schande … das ist der Urlaub, wir haben ihn von der Reisegesellschaft gekauft, wir haben eine Kappa-Tour gekauft, Schande auch über diese Agenturgesellschaften😔

I stayed for 2 nights. My purpose of visit was a social event invited by a friend so i didn't pay anything because all was prebooked. Very narrow rooms, old , very old furniture, mysterious smells in the corridors.In general it was dirty and not 4 stars the advertise in their site. Not even 2 stars. Very expensive mini bar and main restaurant for the level of their services.Extreme high prices for internet 90' min for 5 euros!!!!!!! Never going there again and not recommend to a friend.

When we booked this hotel for our 5-day school trip we were very excited...When we arrived our feelngs changed. For starters the rooms are not renovated as stated. They are small, with old rugs and not enough plugs. I've searched and searched before i could find somewhere to charge my cellphone. None the less, that was a matter of lesser importance. The most important and worst thing ever was the fact that during the 5 days we spent there only few of our students had hot water for bathing. As one can understand, hot water is the least you can expect from a hotel!!Although we complained again and again, we kept hearing again and again that there was a problem and that it would be fixed soon enough. Did you see it fixed? Nor, did we. And then there was the food. We payed for half-board in a 4 star hotel and we expected as much. Our students complained from the start, but since we (the teachers) found it adequate at start, we thought that the students were just picky with the food. And then at our 3rd dinner the chicken wa half roasted!!!We called the chef and he tried to reroast it. Tried....because he brought it again half roasted...unacceptable... The only thing good was the landscape, since it is located in the forrest.

I would never go back to this hotel. I have stayed there twice in 8 days, because that was the place Rainbow Tours used as an accommodation for their groups. My experience is mixed: Restaurant and food served could be rated at 4 stars. Swimming pool closed, although hotel is advertised as the hotel with pool And now the ugly staff: After first night (first day of our tour) I and my wife woke up with some red marks (BITES) on our arms and backs. Our tour operator (representative) suggested mosquitoes, we accepted it as valid explanation. For next 6 days the red marks did not disappeared, they were extremely itchy and painful, so we used some ointment, which provided not much of relief. On our last day of tour around Greece, Rainbow Tours again picked the same hotel. By lack of luck we got the same room as on the first day! Sure enough after we woke up, we have noticed new red bite marks on our skin. I have decided to inspect our bed carefully. Sure enough I located culprits !(BED BUGS) I have the pictures of bed bugs and bites they caused on our bodies. Immediately after that I have informed the hotel front desk and Rainbow Tours about the situation After coming home I’ve written letter to tour operator, now it is three weeks since we made official complain and there is no response from hotel nor the Rainbow Tour. On the base of my experience and the hotel as well as the Rainbow Tour response to my complain the ratting should “0” .

So this hotel when me and my group first arrived was so lovely the staff were so helpful and nice and always happy to provide us with services like booking taxis and so on. However the WiFi was painfully slow and sometimes not working and made me use a lot of my mobile data which I could have saved for home use so they definitely need to fix this. Furthermore there was an incident the last day before our stay where the manager I assumed interrupted us at lunch to say that we didn’t make a payment to the pool bar although this was an issue raised days prior and we had said time and time again we paid then the pool boy came and the bank statement was shown saying the payment was processed and he admitted was his mistake we were then followed by a waitress to make sure we paid so it’s like we were being talked about amongst the staff when I told the manager I wasn’t happy about this he took no accountability and showed no remorse. This dissapointed me a lot as we are all black and it made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. As a result we will not be staying here again.
