Tafaria Castle

The thematic hotel and art center is a testimony that dreams can turn to reality if one is willing to actualize them through hard work and giving to others. The accomodation and building encapsulated in the theme medieval era of king and queens translates the experience to the clients. In Tafaria, history comes to reality, the rich and intriguing past is captured and replayed in the present. The horses, outdoor games like archery , lawn tennis and basketball, swimming ensures you are fit and able to sharpen your skills. The art center, museums as well a botanical gardens is unique and adds to the enriching and unique experience that one enjoys in Tafaria. Blending nature, art, history into hospitality is a difficult thing to do, but executing it with precision is amazing. This is creativity at it's best. The meals...fresh and delicious. Giving back to the community and ensuring the community also able to benefit and learn through the Art program is uplifting and worth mentioning. The staffs are friendly and respectful. The rooms are clean and warm. The sight of Mt. Kenya and Abadare Ranges evoke patriotism and reminds one of the divinely given blessings inherent in Kenya. The overall experience is enriching, educative, inspiring, refreshing and challenging to those who had buried, are afraid to pursue or given up of their dreams.

The clean bedding, comfortable space for our boys i.e the bedroom, playground, kids friendly swimming pools and good food. I loved the workout/ outdoor gym.

Was at Tafaria castle for a few days this March and had a lovely experience! The customer service is superb! Josiah, the food and beverage manger does not leave any detail to chance! The food was lovely and freshly made! The customer service is top notch! We felt so pampered!

Hidden in the dry and remote environment is some paradise experience. Spectacular environment with great customer service.Their meals are wow. This is the best place to visit, relax and rejuvenate. The environment is also sooo peaceful.

WASTE OF TIME. Over rated. Run down, unprofessional and a terrible reception. The staff are not professional to handle corporate events . Definitely a disappointment from first impressions at entry . A castle impression or a comedy of errors to impersonate the real thing???
