🏨Khan DuiDar Inn Ich wollte es wirklich selbst verstärken. Ich will das. Der Boss will das. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und viel besser als das Buffet, das ich mehr als hundertmal gebraucht habe. Ich habe zum ersten Mal frische Früchte gegessen, im Hotel Cairo. Der Chef hat uns auch kostenlos zum Abendessen geladen. Ich kann mich direkt auf der Terrasse mit dem Mina Palace-Gras sehen. Sechs Pyramiden auf der ganzen Welt. Die 3 Moscheen 🕌 hören die aldanische Musik, die am Abend des Sonnenunterganges kam Die erste Nacht Ägyptens ist überwältigt.

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

Das Zimmer ist tatsächlich ganz anders als auf den Bildern. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, es ist in der Tat der Pyramide am nächsten, von der Terrasse aus kann man zwei Pyramiden und die Sphinx sehen, die größte Cheops-Pyramide muss man auf der Terrasse im zweiten Stock sehen. Der kurze Abstand ist von Vorteil, aber der Betrachtungswinkel ist vielleicht nicht der beste. Der Eingang des Hotels ist sehr klein, die Lobby im ersten Stock ist gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie in einem Drei- bis Vier-Sterne-Hotel, wenn man die Tür betritt, und die Rezeptionisten sind auch sehr freundlich. Sobald er jedoch drinnen war, wurde der Raum völlig zerschmettert. Wie in den kleinen Hotels Anfang der 100er Jahre in China sind die sanitären Bedingungen unterdurchschnittlich und die Fenster so klein, dass sie gar nicht geöffnet werden können, weil sie zu den Lüftungskanälen zeigen. Der Raum ist auch sehr eng, ein Bett, ein Schrank und ein Tisch. Es gibt ein bisschen Platz, um Koffer abzustellen. Obwohl die Reise anstrengend war, schlief ich bekleidet, ohne zu duschen und ohne den Koffer zu öffnen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Sie können auf der Terrasse Saft bestellen, der sehr lecker ist, und es ist auch sehr angenehm, die Pyramiden zu beobachten. Es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück, und ich bin daran gewöhnt.

I actually travelled October of 2022, but the system wouldn’t let let select that. I travelled alone to Giza for a few days before joining a group in Luxor. This hotel was wonderful. I wanted a place near the pyramids and I even had a view of them from my bed! I contacted the hotel before my arrival to let them know that I have Celiac and would need gluten-free food. They assured me that they could accommodate me, and when I arrived they touched base with me to assure again. Breakfasts were included and they made sure I had lots to eat (while sitting on a terrace overlooking the pyramids 😍.) I booked a tour with them as well and had a great day, they alerted the restaurant that we went to for lunch about my gluten-free needs as well. For my private tour, they arranged a trip to the museum, a perfume place, a camel ride around the pyramids, visiting the pyramids and the great sphinx. It was fantastic! Just be forewarned, there is no elevator, but they will carry your bags. The rooms are modern, very clean, and have everything you need. I have recommended this hotel to several people already.

Das Hotelzeichen ist verborgen, obwohl es nicht mit dem Bild der Wirkungen identisch ist, kann der Balkon die Pyramide sehen. Der Chef und der Rezeptor-Brüder sind sehr gut, sehr enthusiastisch, der kleine Bruder ist auch nicht sehr schwach, der Hunde und die Hunde des Chefs sind auch sehr freundlich. The hotel is a good value of money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend for everyone!

It's a nice place especially if you want to be close to the pyramids, antiques and it's a touristic place to enjoy in Egypt, I recommend it .for foreigners it's a suitable price for economic trips and interesting to ride a horse and Camel in the desert

Gut! Sehr gut!

Meine Mutter im Gesetz und ich blieb hier eine Woche. Wir hätten nicht um einen besseren Blick, besseres Personal oder eine bessere Reise gebeten. Wir blieben in einem Balkonzimmer und hatten die beste Aussicht auf alle Pyramiden und die Sphinx direkt vom Balkon. Jedes Frühstück am Dach mit Blick und jede Nacht kann die Show Light and Sound von der Dachoppe und unserem Balkon gesehen werden. Wir reservierten Touren über das Hotel und unser Tourführer Hamid war erstaunlich. Er nahm uns wohin wir wollten, zeigte uns alles, was wir sehen wollten, und nichts, was wir nicht. Er war sehr gut informiert und beantwortete alle unsere Fragen. Er hat uns sogar geholfen, große Bilder ” berühren” die Pyramiden! Wenn möglich, empfehle ich Ihnen sehr, Touren durch das Hotel zu buchen und um Hamid zu bitten. Das Personal im Hotel hätte nicht besser gewesen sein können. Mohammed nahm uns am Flughafen und war unser Fahrer überall, jeden Tag (er führte uns auf unseren Touren mit Hamid). Er hält immer auf, uns Wasser zu holen, wann immer wir irgendwo hingehen. So ein nettes Mann!!! Jeder war sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit ... immer fragen, ob wir etwas brauchen. Kamal war absolut das Beste. Er buchte unsere Touren, bestellte für uns Essen, prüfte uns die ganze Zeit. Wenn wir irgendwo hingehen wollten, stellte er sich immer sicher, dass jemand aus dem Hotel bei uns war, so dass wir nicht von Straßenverkäufern beunruhigt werden. Er hat immer sichergestellt, dass wir nie aus Wasser in unserem Zimmer rauslaufen und dass wir nichts brauchen. Das Essen war auch glücklich. Die erste Nacht bestellten wir jedes Essen und es war zu viel. Also die nächste Nacht bestellten wir ein Essen und teilten ...noch zu viel Essen. Die Portionen sind sehr groß an allen Orten, die wir essen. Wir fühlten uns schlecht verschwenden so viel Essen, aber wir konnten es einfach nicht alles essen!! Ich kann dieses Hotel und das Personal nicht empfehlen! Machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und buchen Sie jetzt ein Zimmer ....Sie werden es nicht bedauern!!
