I found the hotel intimate but so very comfortable. Its location is brilliant, a few steps to the beach and a short walk to the centre if Choro. Bona at reception was kind, attentive and friendly as well as a super-woman who seemed to do everything from cleaning rooms to preparing breakfast! Breakfast was lovely, varied and quite extensive with everything we need to kickstart our day. My 4 nights here on this wonderful island were topped off with comfortable times and a good nights sleep in my room.

Our experience at the hotel was generally mixed, with some positive aspects but also several areas that could be improved. Firstly, the hotel’s location was not ideal, as access to the center and the beach on foot was quite difficult due to the lack of sidewalks. This was a significant drawback for us, as it made our daily movements more challenging. Additionally, we were upset about the 10 € per day charge for the baby cot, which was not mentioned during our phone conversation and was only communicated to us via email after we had already paid for the reservation. We believe this was unfair, as in other hotels where we have stayed, this service was always provided for free. As for the breakfast, it was mediocre, with nothing particularly special and limited options. We had higher expectations, given that breakfast is often an important part of a hotel stay. On the positive side, the hotel’s cleanliness was excellent, which we greatly appreciated. We had no issues in this regard. However, the comfort of the beds was not the best, and the pillows were quite high. Nevertheless, when we requested a lower pillow, they provided it promptly, which was a positive note. It should be noted that all the staff were polite and helpful to us. However, the breakfast waiter stood out with his exceptional service. He was always willing to assist us and recommended several interesting places to visit in the area. His attention to detail and kindness made our stay more pleasant. One additional point is that we were charged 2 € for each 500 ml bottle of water from the fridge. I don't list this as a negative since I didn’t check if there was a price list, but 2 € per bottle is generally quite high. Overall, our stay had both positive and negative aspects, and although there were some significant areas that need improvement, the good cleanliness and staff service were positive points for the hotel. I would have given a four-star rating, but due to the baby cot charge, I'm giving three stars.

Μείναμε σε αυτό το υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στη Νάξο και η εμπειρία μας ήταν απλά εξαιρετική! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη Χώρα, γεγονός που το καθιστά πολύ βολικό για να εξερευνήσετε το νησί χωρίς να χρειάζεστε μεταφορικό μέσο. Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πεντακάθαροι και περιποιημένοι, κάτι που μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το πρωινό ήταν νόστιμο. Η μεγαλύτερη εντύπωση, ωστόσο, μας άφησε η ιδιοκτήτρια, η κυρία Φωτεινή. Πριν καν φτάσουμε, η κυρία Φωτεινή ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε κάθε μας ανάγκη, κάτι που πραγματικά εκτιμήσαμε. Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή στη Νάξο! We stayed at this wonderful hotel in Naxos, and our experience was simply outstanding! The hotel is in an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk from the town center (Chora), making it very convenient to explore the island without needing a vehicle. The hotel premises were spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious. However, what left the greatest impression on us was the owner, Mrs. Fotini. Even before we arrived, Mrs. Fotini was incredibly kind and eager to assist with any of our needs, which we truly appreciated. We have no doubt that we will visit this hotel again in the future, and we have already informed our family so they don’t have to search for a hotel when they visit Naxos – they are sure to stay here! We highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Naxos!

Emma und ihr Personal schauten uns vor der Ankunft (Buchung eines Taxis vom Hafen) um Busfahrten um die Insel zu beraten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Gute Auswahl zu wählen, darunter die Auswahl von gekochten Eiern und Hausgemüse und Kuchen. Das Zimmer und die Bodenflächen sind unstumpflich sauber. Die Einrichtung ist idyllisch und es macht Sie fühlen, als ob Sie wirklich in einem kleinen Dorf. Mietet Sonnenbetten in der Nähe von TRA Beach Bar für €30 für 2 große komfortable Betten, Tisch, zusätzliche Stuhl und ein Strandhanddock. Würde das Hotel Nastasia Village Boutique ausführlich empfehlen.
