Studios Zafiri

Nick was a wonderful host, bursting with energy. He picked us up from the port, showed us all the important sights, bus stops, shops, where to fill up our water bottles(tap water is not drinkable) and drove us back to the port upon departure. He was very kind, helpful and always quick to respond to my messages. The studio itself is full of charm and reminded us of a “Mamma Mia” movie. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the port. The bus stop to catch buses to Chalki, Filoti , Apiranthos is only a 5 minute walk away and the bus stop to beaches is only 3 mins away. The studio is equipped with everything we needed, shower was nice and we had lots of hot water. Nick left us instant coffee, tea , sugar, a large bottle of water and his homemade Greek liqueur. Drip coffee maker, kettle, griddle and stove top all worked well. The 2 balconies were lovely for relaxing and drying our clothes(drying rack and clothespins are provided). The only negative in a long list of positives, is that my friend and I found the beds very hard. I highly recommend Studios Zafiri for a stay on the beautiful island of Naxos.

Dirty room,broken shower,bad smell in bathroom,had no choice than stay,cause is pet friendly(the only +of this accommodation).That doesn’t give them the excuse of being that bad!Be sure to ask twice about billing if you book it on your own!We decided to avoid the platform to give a chance to owner save the commission,and although we mentioned it and showed the current charge as showing in added photo,he insisted that was wrong… Βρωμικο δωμάτιο,κάτω από το κρεβάτι είχε σκουπίδια,χαλασμένο το εξάρτημα του ντους,άσχημη μυρωδιά στο μπανιο,το μόνο θετικό ότι δέχεται κατοικίδια,το οποίο όμως δεν αποτελεί δικαιολογία για τα προηγούμενα! Ρωτήστε επανειλημμένα για τη χρέωση!Αποφασίσαμε να μην κλείσουμε μέσω πλατφόρμας γιατί πιστέψαμε ότι εφόσον υπήρχε ήδη εκεί έκπτωση,θα την έκαναν ούτως ή άλλως κ κατά συνέπεια θα έμενε όλο το ποσό στον ιδιοκτήτη,πράγμα που δεν έγινε παρά το ότι ήταν εμφανές στη πλατφόρμα (φωτό παρακάτω)όταν το αναφέραμε…
