Lage zwar an der Straße direkt am See mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Großzügige Räume an der Rezeption , Bar und Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant war die Menükarte zwar klein, das Essen dafür wirklich lecke mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältniss. Wir hatten eine kleine Suite zu Straße mit Blick übern See, die Austattung absolut ok . Einzig stören war,dass nachts um 2:30 Rennen mit Autos und Motorädern an der Straße stattfanden (2 Nächte hintereinander) aber dasür kann das Hotel ja nichts , daher gabs volle 5 Punkte !

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Zimmer hatten große Aussichten auf die Fiords. Es geht weit zu allem. Wir gingen vom Busterminal zum Hotel. Frühstück hatte Eier, Toast und andere kontinentale Preise mit guter Kaffee. Der Service war gut. Sie haben eine Dachbar mit ausgezeichneten Aussichten für den Sonnenuntergang. Wir blieben vor und nach dem W Trek. Sie hielten unser Gepäck während wir wanderten. Würden empfehlen und hoffen, wieder zu bleiben!

Während unserer Tour Südamerika im November 2019, haben wir für 3 Nächte im Hotel Lady Florence Dixie geblieben. Kleines Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt, zu Fuß zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen in Puerto Natales. Unser Zimmer war im zweiten Stock, ziemlich geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war die übliche Ausbreitung in Chile/Argentinien mit Brot, Kuchen, Joghurt und Obst. Sie boten Ihnen kochte Eier. Nach der Abreise sollten wir von der Tourfirma für den Transfer zum Busbahnhof über die Grenze nach El Calafate, Argentinien aufgeholt werden. Allerdings kam niemand 10 Minuten nach der angegebenen Abreisezeit. Der Typ am Frontbüro rief die Tourfirma an und sagten, sie würden untersuchen und zurückrufen, aber es gab keine Anrufe. Da der Bus in 15 Minuten verließ, schlug er vor, dass wir ein Taxi nehmen. Wir hatten keine CLP übrig, aber er sagte, er würde für den Taxi bezahlen und er tat. Wir kamen im Bus ohne Zeit zu sparen. Wir waren so dankbar, dass die Front Desk Person (entschuldigt, wir haben nicht seinen Namen) so hilfreich war, schnell alle Vereinbarungen zu machen und sogar für unseren Taxi bezahlt. Wir wurden von allen Schwierigkeiten gerettet, den Bus zu verpassen und die Transfers in Argentinien zu ändern. Dank Hotel Lady Florence Dixie!!!
