Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Strand Ponta Negra, Hotel ist sehr groß, die Rezeption ist sehr gut. Frühstück ist einfach und lecker. Zimmer, in dem ich geblieben bin, ist sehr groß und sauber. Aber die Zimmerzugangskarte musste immer in der Rezeption gehen, um wieder aktivieren, auch wenn sie die Karte von anderen Karten und Handy verlassen, war es ein Problem, weil das Hotel ist groß und das Zimmer, in dem ich blieb, war sehr weit von der Rezeption. Sie müssen außerhalb des Hotels eine Renovierung durchführen, malen, wieder in Luft treten.

Gute Punkte heiße Dusche und der Schwimmbad ist gut für die Sonnebad. In zwei Wochen habe ich jedoch nie gesehen, dass der Pool gereinigt wird, es gibt keinen Lebensschutz und Sie müssen bezahlen, um ein Handtuch für einen Sonnenlounge zu bekommen. Das Essen ist ok, aber ich verpasste vor wenigen Tagen das Frühstück aufgrund des Mangels an Sorten. Die Besitzer haben klar Gewinn vor dem Service gesetzt. Für ein kleines Stück Thunfisch mit schlanken Chips £10. Die Mitarbeiter versuchen ihr Bestes und weil 99.9% der Gäste aus Brasilien sind der Mangel an Englisch ist groß unter den Mitarbeitern. Zimmer sind grundsätzlich ich gebeten, extra zu zahlen, statt in einer kleinen Box mit geräuschlichem Klimaanlage. Das einzige, was ich vorschlage, ist, dass Sie extra zahlen und für ein der luxuriössten Hotels gehen, wenn Sie einen finden können. Dieser Ort ist 2* Tops und das ist mir freundlich.

This is probably one of the easiest reviews I have written in a long time. Coral Plaza was a refreshing oasis of fun, a great location, good food, comfort and friendly hospitality. The staff has the right attitude here, everyone wants to help and make your experience even better. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, clean and safe. We had a small problem with the AC in room 104 upon check-in but the management sent a tech to fix it and the issue was solved within a few minutes. The pool areas are spacious and well furnished, with plenty of room for all. The restaurant offers excellent food. Our breakfasts here were likely the best breakfasts that we enjoyed during our 2024 tour of Brazil. The bar, the spa, the parking basement (with plenty of parking spaces), all worked really well for us. We liked the Coral Plaza Resort so much that we decided to stay an extra night and the hotel management accommodated us (in the middle of their high season!) in room 126 which was also nice, perhaps with a lesser attractive view from the balcony than our previous deluxe room 104, but we were very happy to have it. We will be back!

Das Manary ist per Se ein super Hotel. Nichts auszusetzen. Auch das Frühstück ist besser geworden (ich bin das 4. Mal hier). Was mir aber schon im Jönner ungut aufgefallen ist, daß auf einmal 10% mehr abgebucht werden sollen als auf der Bestätigung steht. „Service fee“ heißt es dann. Obwohl das Hotel eher teuer ist und seine Angestellten hoffentlich bezahlt. So wie im Jänner habe ich darauf bestanden, daß nur der Betrag von der Buchungsbestätigung „Gesamtbetrag“ abgebucht wird. Eine blöde Unsitte! Daher ein deutlicher Abzug.

Me and my family booked the double suite that supposed to be the best that the hotel had to offer. But it was a big disappointment. The structure was old, paint on the walls coming off, sheets with stains, the balcony was full of dust and dirty, we found multiple cockroaches at the bathroom, the shower was horrible to keep the flow of water and keep it warm, the buffet was okish, not the best or remarkable but at least you won't be starving. The service at the weekend is a nightmare, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was no plates, cups, enough food.... I believe the hotel is still trying to be back to the great days, but need to improve a lot to be considered one of the best of Natal. Oh, it's tough to get uber at the hotel, be prepared for at least 15min wait to get someone.

Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.
