O café da pode melhorar , pouco espaço de garagem , o quarto tem uma janela externa para um ambiente feio . O serviço de atendimento foi ótimo , a localização é muito boa , os funcionários muito prestativos

Estive no Hotel em Dezembro/2024. Vamos Às partes boas: - Ótima localização, Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Partes Ruins: - Hotel MOFADO literalmente. Chegamos no sábdo à noite e quando entrei no quarto o cheiro de mofo estava insuportável. O teto do banheiro estava tomado pelo mofo. Paredes do quarto sujas, faltando limpeza e com marcas de mofo. Na hora solicitei outro quarto e fui atendida. Mas o quarto em que fui colocada, também não era bom, mas pelo menos não tinha mofo aparente, apesar do cheiro e umidade. - Café da manhã fraco, sem opções. Todo dia o mesmo cardápio. - Cama desconfortável e enxoval já bastante gasto. Não sei como é feita a classificação dos hóteis em relação ao numero de estrelas, o Div Div está com 03 estrelas. Não acho que a atual estrutura do hotel mereça. No geral NÃO RECOMENDO o Hotel, pois o preço é o mesmo de outros na mesma localização e oferece muito pouco aos hospedes. Precisa melhorar muito!!!

Quartos em péssimas condições de higiene inclusive com baratas,camas desconfortáveis e colchão velhos e deformados,café da manhã sem opções não se pode chamar de hotel. A única resolva é a boa disposição dos recepcionistas que nada podem fazer diante de tão irreversíveis situações desagradáveis para os hóspedes. Não recomendo pra ninguém!!!!

Hotel muito bom. Limpo, bem localizado na praia de Ponta Negra, fácil de encontrar. Hotel pra quem nao vai ficar o tempo todo no hotel. Ideal pra quem vai fazer passeios. O café é condizente ao valor da diaria. Ponto positivo: possui elevador Ponto negativo: o chuveiro do meu quarto ficava pingando.

Vou começar falando da parte boa: - a localização é muito boa, bem pertinho da praia e das avenidas principais - os atendentes são bem prestativos - tem piscina, que sempre esteve bem limpa Por outro lado, a nossa experiência não foi boa. A cama era bem suja (anexo), o chuveiro era ruim, o ar condicionado era barulhento, muito barulho nos corredores, o cartão de entrada do apto não funcionava bem, o café da manhã era ruim, não tinha quase nada de opções e o que tinha era sem gosto.

Café da manhã péssimo, não tem muitas opções, TD em pouca quantidade e demora na reposição. Nada a ver com as fotos do café que postam no anúncio. Lugar agradável e tranquilo. Fomos em família ficamos 6 diárias. Um dos hotéis com o pior café da manhã que já estive. Não recomendo. O hotel até que é bom, mas falta organização.

Café da manhã fraco e limpeza ruim , equipamentos quebrados no quarto como ar condicionado e chuveiro , localização razoável , atendimento da recepção muito boa , piscinas muito sujas , Quarto com espaço acima da média dos outros hotéis , e banheiro com lavabo externo bom .

estou neste exato momento nesta porcaria de hotel sem serviço de quarto decente. O café da manhã merece uma DENÚNCIA a parte onde a manteiga 🧈 fica exposta com uma faca única para todos (a COVID pode ter sido controlada), mas UMA faca para UM salão inteiro é asqueroso. A piscina parece nem conhecer cloro. A Internet funciona quando quer, a TV é do século passado. Nem se fosse muito barato isto se justifica, mas é caro. Estamos extremamente insatisfeitos. Eu posso fazer está lista crescer sem o mínimo de esforço ou exagero. Fujam deste hotel.
