Sheraton Nashville Brentwood

Super comfy bed, but our shower had a lot to be desired.

We went to Sip & Sound for breakfast with a group of four, and we were very pleased with the service. Heba, our server, was excellent. She was warm and made sure we had everything we needed. Her helpful and professional approach made our meal enjoyable and memorable. We're grateful for her great service and look forward to coming back.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Hotel is under renovation which was no issue for us. had to go through the back door but no big deal. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. My only issue was that we are in 2024 and how is it that every hotel room in the world can't allow you access to a HDMI port on the TV so you can bring along a firestick and watch the shows you want? Seems easy enough. The Tv in the room had the option for streaming but it would not work. As soon as you selected streaming service it would shut the Tv off. The location was great and the staff was friendly. I would go back and use them again but I do wish they would upgrade so that customers can stream.

This place is under construction! Probably will be a while! Do not stay here! Rooms are done, but no lobby, no pool outdoor or in, no restaurant. Use service elevator and hallways to get to rooms.?Free coffee but charge for grab and go stuff! They don’t alert you when booking.

Room smelled upon arrival. Someones hair on the pillow, pretty gross. Upon waking up, I found the carpet was wet. Apparently there is a leak in the roof. Room 405, and according to the front desk, room 205 as well, among others. I then found mold growing out of the ceiling, which is likely all over the inside of the wall, and under the carpet from the leak, causing the smell. They put me up in another room which was much better. Hotel shuttle was also 25 minutes late so keep that in mind when timing departure. Staff were nice, especially kitchen, and they had great waffles and good prices for rooms.

The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect my stay. The lobby is the only part I saw that was a construction zone. The first room I was given was actually occupied by someone else, so that was embarrassing for me, but the front desk person was incredibly apologetic and just as confused as I was. I got another room without incident. The room I had on the 5th floor was two queens and recently renovated. There were lots of little nice touches such as many places to charge devices, good lighting, comfortable beds and pillows, good A/C, a large bathroom, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash built in to the shower. Also, there was pump hand wash by the sink instead of the usual tiny little bars of soap. The shower was interesting with buttons that turned on the water. I only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant stay. My floor was extremely quiet. I never heard anyone. My only complaint was the absence of an ice machine on my floor. Parking was easy and free.

Love this hotel. The newly renovated rooms are amazing. Very modern look with lots of extras. Nicely decorated and bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and beautiful. Kudos to whoever designed these new rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Nashville - Brentwood. Although it was under construction, our stay was very good. Kudos to Quinton, at the front desk, who helped us so very much throughout our stay. He was wonderful!

I relied on TripAdvisor when making reservations for a recent road trip, and saw by comments that the renovation here seemed to be well underway with new rooms available. (We stayed here during our last trip to the area.) My wife and I were fortunate to be placed in one of them. We always request a room on the uppermost floor, if available, to avoid the clomping of elephant herds overhead. Our room was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, all new, with a combination of hard surface flooring and carpet. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was incredible. We were told there was a grab n go breakfast available, but we chose to have breakfast outside the hotel. Kudos to the team that designed the renovation...it's a big improvement!
