Amazing location, beautiful building, impressive garden landscape with olive and fig trees. Francesco is a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast is heavenly, the rooms are elegant and spacious, the pool clean, what else would one want!

Absolutely stunning property, the attention to detail is 10/10. Comfy bed and bed linen, beautiful food and hosting by Francesco and his wife, who couldn’t do enough for us! They were very friendly and we loved hearing about Francesco’s renovation process of the farmhouse. This hidden gem boasts 360 degree panoramic views of the gorgeous surrounding countryside. We are only sad that we were only here for one night, but will be returning as soon as possible! A beautiful stay in the Umbrian countryside.. a must visit!

Worst place to go in Umbria. First of all the location of the place is far from everything worth visiting in Umbria, impossible to walk, forced to take the car for every trips, allow at least half an hour each time to go to a « nearby » village or restaurant. Secondly, me and my wife booked a week of vacation with our 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) based on the pictures and the comments of other travellers extolling the merits of the place and the welcome of the hosts... nearly 5/5 on Tripadvisor, Booking, Google… what was our disappointment after having spent 2 days there, we even asked to leave earlier so much it was an ordeal… but it was impossible. The reception by the supposedly acclaimed hosts was simply icy, the fact of having come with our 2 children seems to pose a problem... but we will realize that later. The Check-in goes by and the host seems extenuated to explain us the map of the cities and villages to go visit nearby, it’s maybe the 300x times he had to explain the same things to newcomers like us… well, we let it go… First remark from the « host » comes when after having bought some good local products the day before, we wanted to sit down at noon to eat them, what was our sin! we cannot eat at noon what we had bought, we are forced to order dishes from the hosts, dishes of an extreme simplicity (plate of carpaccio with a drizzle of olive oil, salad bought in the supermarket with a can of tuna and two cherry tomatoes ) in order to eat at noon in this establishment… first disappointment for an « Agriturismo » which is supposed to promote local products and benefit the surrounding markets… The coup de grace arrived the day before the day of our departure, my family and I were on our deckchairs near the swimming pool when we saw the host come running towards us with a totally crestfallen expression, we directly believed in something serious and that he was going to tell us that there was a fire in the establishment... nothing like that! he had actually just come to tell us that a couple who had just arrived had complained because our children were making noise around the swimming pool... We were simply stunned, especially since there were also 4 other children of the same age around the pool and the so-called noise was quite normal for children having fun around a pool… the host asks us word for word to "sh*t up" our children, yes yes literally to "sh*t up"!!! he started to get carried away, taking back the pool cushions that were installed near us, telling us that they cost 300€/piece and that the children could not use them... we were flabbergasted! This not a way to behave and act towards customers, we did not come to this establishment for free, we paid a lot of money to have a good time with the family and to recharge our batteries and these holidays were everything just wasted. The host should have said from the start that he did not accept children, but this is not registered anywhere! if we had known that the kids were unw

Proprietà stupenda in una magnifica location! Tutti i servizi sia all'interno che all'esterno della proprietà sono stati davvero belli e ci hanno regalato emozioni indimenticabili. Colazioni, pranzi e cene organizzati dal Manager Francesco sono stati eccezionali, torneremo presto!

Posto bellissimo, un vero angolo di paradiso. Colazione molto buona e ricca sia di cose dolci che salate. Francesco meraviglioso padrone di casa, gentile e molto disponibile. Piscina salata pulitissima e tenuta molto bene, la pace regna sovrana. Camere molto pulite e grandi, sotto richiesta possibilità di avere sia il ventilatore che il frighino.
