Considering this was a budget accommodation, The location was good, ample parking space but the service was quite average. The receptionist was not receiving calls and had to go down and ask for fresh towels and water since they hadn't already kept those.

Big property, Big garden and rather playground, separate multiple wings/building blocks, if you go for non ac room, then that is really good value for money option, it's like 4.5 star things, however there was no towel, toilet was not cleaned, those were the issue we faced, no water bottle also pre available, you can order but do not get in room service, but at these price 1100/room(non ac), it's a fantastic deal. Go for it. overall 4.5 & value for money. Truly a Budget stay. (non ac rooms)

It’s really terrible service. I have almost called 8-10 times buy nobody listen. Even my wife ask for first aid box then they give nagative response. Services are really terrible.

The hotel was very good at this budget.
The food was also good. Even if you don't opt for food ***** with room booking, you can still use it while you are there.
Overall the experience was very good.

1. Hotel is 8 kms away from SOU 2. Pillows & matress are hard, uncomfortable. 3. Extra bedding only include a flat matress 4. Reception staff tried to give worst room first, lies; later on argument allots decent room in same category. 5. Buffet meals doesn't have toast bread, jam, fresh fruits, curd or chaach, salad, etc, everything to be seperately bought. 6. Only gulab jamun in dinner desert, no ice cream or any kids friendly food option in buffet. 7. Restaurant staff is highly argumentative, rude and unprofessional. Seen captain staff member (Sunil) throwing cutlery on floor due to small argument with guest. 8. We paid Rs.4000 each night for a super deluxe room with all meals included. 9. Rooms had no complimentary water bottles, dental kit, shower gel, fridge, wifi etc.; everything is chargeable. 10. Hotel has non branded lifts installed. 11. In actual this property has pretty decent infrastructure but highly non professional staff and missing basic services. 12. It feels like a 1 or 2 star property. Thanks.

I stayed for 1 day. I loved here to stay. Everything as pictures shown on MMT was same. Their hospitality was very satisfying. Room service and management were good. Food quality at Hotel with reasonable price was available.

Neat and Clear Budget Stay , Can recommendation for Group, Family stay . During visit more than two to three group were in Hotel. So it show their capability to hand group.

Food was okay okay but locality was very good it was 2 km away from statue of unity staff was cooperative and there were all basic facilities
