Wie vom Hilton erwartet, wirkten die Lobby und die Flure luxuriös, obwohl die Einrichtungen alt waren, und das Kundendienstpersonal war wunderbar. Eine Sache ist, dass die Dusche schwierig zu benutzen ist. Das Frühstück war köstlich und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Es ist insgesamt alt. 3 Glühbirnen waren im Zimmer aus. Das war das Schlimmste. Es ist ein Pre-Service-Problem! Es lohnt sich nicht, diesen Betrag zu bezahlen. Ich möchte, dass Sie sich mehr Mühe geben. Guter Ort, Frühstück war besser. Und das Restaurantpersonal am Morgen hatte das beste Lächeln und den besten Service. Schließlich dachte ich, es sei Hilton. Andere sind sehr enttäuschend. Ich glaube, ich werde nicht mehr über Nacht bleiben können.

Great services with 7-11 in the hotel. Near to Narita airport with free shuttle bus. However the frequency is not high, especially to Aeon mall but in overall was a pleasant stay.

Comfortable and clean room. Food is delicious

Great value for money. Staff are all very helpful and free shuttle is very reliable. Breakfast buffet selections fit for every taste bud.

I had a very long flight from Australia, and stayed at your hotel because today I have another very long flight to the USA, so I chose a Hilton Hotel because I REALLY needed a decent night of sleep. The problem is: this morning AT 5:45am (!) I received a WAKE UP CALL that I haven’t asked for!!!!! It really ruined my only chance to have some rest. It is ridiculous, and as an old Hilton Customer, who has been staying in your hotels all over the world (I have chosen Hilton in places like Brazil, South Africa, United States, London, China, just to name few), and Hilton Honors member, I want to formalize my disgust with this situation. Nobody pays Hilton’s price if we want Ibis’s services, and to be honest this morning you performed worse than Ibis.

Be careful with taxi appointments if you have a flight booked early in the morning (taxi applications are not available in the hotel area)

Free shuttle to the airport is good but no departure and pick up for terminal 3 though. Rooms are alright in size but a bit dated not much amenities inside .

Staff were very helpful with absolutely any and every question I had (and I had many). The buffet dinner was great and I got a packed breakfast the next morning since I left too early for the breakfast buffet (my own booking mistake) The location and shuttle bus from and to Narita airport are fantastic if you want a hassle free in and out with a comfortable stay after a long travel.

The staffs are very helpful and great that they are from all internationality, therefore, language does not seemed to be a barrier. The amenities in the room is lack of: cotton buds, the rest are well provided(thank you). The size of room and bed is big and comfortable. Gym was great with many equipment, but I still do not understand why do we need to pay for using your swimming pool. Breakfast has varieties of food, but I stayed here for 6 nights, the food are the same everyday(bored). The info.on shuttle bus is unclear- E.g pick up from which part of Aeon Mall. And suggest to update your media for such info.under the right category.
