Beach / Pool Oasis in Beautiful Naples, Fl.

Short Stay We booked this property for 14 days. After the first day we discovered there was a water line break under the house. The water had to be turned off. We stayed another day with limited water and then had to leave. We booked another property through VRBO but couldn’t get in for two days. The host refunded us their money but after waiting two weeks, VRBO has given us no response on any refund from them. Terrible customer service.

Good place to stay in north Naples and great renters. Located in a nice residential neighborhood about 1 mile to the beach. Even though the house is an "attached house" or what I would call a duplex, the owners have done a great job of using natural landscaping to separate the rental outdoor space, and no sound could be heard between the units. This being said, the pool was the best part of the rental... very secluded and very good heater unit which could warm either the pool or spa very quickly. The outdoor screened cover was in great shape (even after hurricane Ian last year). Unit was well stocked with necessity items and very clean upon arrival. Owners seem very willing to resolve a couple of small issues we noticed during our stay that were not immediate concerns but simply improvements that could be made.
