Good location, just 1 min from Porta Nolana station, pretty big room. But breakfast was very poor, just a croissant and coffee at cafe on the corner of building. It was so windy and i had to eat it and drink coffee outside, course they have no inside space. In fact there is no breakfast on this bed & breakfast.

The place is excellent, it is like an island of cleanliness in that city. The owner is an amazing person, a really helpful and nice man. He provided us with lots of information on where to go and what to do. The location is perfect for going everywhere you like by foot or by public transport, also it seems really secure (if you have been in Naples, you know what I mean). The breakfast was coffee or juice and a croissant or something similar at the bar downstairs, which was really nice.

Avoid this place at all costs! This was like a ghetto or prison experience. Actually located in a residential building with antisocial neighbours. That's why it is unsafe to walk around after 7pm (exactly when their reception is closed). The room itself was like a dirty box with a narrow window and a metal fence instead of no balconi. Now exactly what we booked (with sightseeing view, etc). The area is not safe itself. Actually this owner put on a no show (like we were not coming to his hotel), refused to give accommodation and just got our money. However, for his dirty building he is charging as a 5 stars hotel by placing double bookings and taking clients money. Avoid supporting his way of making money by screwing people.

Arrivando dalla stazione si incontra sulla sinistra lo spiazzo di Porta Nolana, dove sorge un palazzo fatiscente proprio di fronte alla strada che porta al B&B. Le aspettative scendono ai minimi storici. Il cortile interno nel quale ci si ritrova varcando il portone di ingresso non ci rincuora per nulla e nemmeno la scalinata grigia e un po' sporca che si sale fino al terzo piano. Forse per questo si prova quasi un senso di gratitudine entrando nella stanza rinnovata di recente senza troppe pretese, ma abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. La colazione si consuma al bar appena fuori dal portone ed è davvero molto triste servita in modo sciatto e con noncuranza. Basterebbe davvero poco a renderla più gradevole.

scendi dal treno e, dopo aver attraversato la casbah, di arriva in poco tempo al b&b, aprendo la porta ci si rincuora trovando un posto ben curato ed ordinato, anche la stanza,a primo impatto, sembra buona, per poi tenersi conto di esserci poca manutenzione e altrettanta pulizia.

Sono stata a Marsala per un matrimonio e sono tornata al B&B Porta Nuova dove avevo alloggiato qualche anno fa.Vi ho ritrovato la medesima pulizia, ospitalità, comodità.Ci ha accolto con gentilezza la graziosissima Federica che non conoscevo,anche mio fratello e mia cognata sono rimasti soddisfatti della sistemazione da me consigliata.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Si le premier B de B&B est correct par contre le breakfeast est indigne de l'annonce faite.situe dans le bar au pied de l'hotel,un pauvre cafe et un croissant et c'est tout,!Donc pas un petit dejeuner europeen comme annonce refus de servir un chocolat a une enfant de 12 ans,pas dans le prix.!,,,On n'a pas vu un seul responsable de tout le sejour et en plus wifi inexistant.impossible de seconnecter plus de 2 minutes.Dommage car la situation est bonne ,les chambres donnant dans la cour tres tranquilles.Jattends pour le moins une reponse des responsables.
