Kbirr charming House una garanzia per un vacanza a Napoli! Tutto impeccabile: pulizia, staff, servizi offerti. Abbiamo acquistato i ticket in convenzione per la colazione in un rinomato Bar a pochi passi dal B&B. Ci siamo rivolti anche al loro partner di fiducia per organizzare escursioni e tour durante la nostra permanenza a Napoli. Già prenotato per il ponte del 25 Aprile! Meglio anticiparsi, il B&B è super gettonato!!

This small B&B is just simply charming and the best place to stay in Naples! Everything was very clean, super modern and comfortable. Hospitality was 10/10! And as for the breakfast place, I can only recommend to get a sfogliatella.. best one we've had the whole trip!

The place was very clean and nice. Giovanna is the most amazing host. She made sure we arrive safe and she helped us to find everything we need it from taxi driver to nice places to eat. The breakfast was in an amazing bakery (very Italian). I totally recommend staying here.

Very nice room located in an ancient building. Room is super-comfortable. Check-in time had to be agreed by phone, but everything went on smoothly. A bottle of nice artisanal beer was given as a gift! Very close to taxi and metro.

Pro: The location of the apartment is excellent; in one of the chic areas of Naples, but still far from all the street noise. It was very clean, spacious, and modernly equipped (with a minibar in the apartment and a coffee machine in the lobby). Communication with Giovanna went great. We would love to come here again! Contra: Unfortunately, you do hear it a lot when someone leaves or enters the lobby - the entrance door is heavy and closes/opens loudly. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it certainly is for those sensitive to noise. The hairdryer worked but only blew cold air; it's very pointless if you want to dry your hair after the shower.

Kbirr Charming House is ideally situated in the charming neighborhood of Chiaia, Naples, about 20 minutes from the airport. Property manager Giovanna kept fluid correspondence on WhatsApp for any questions we had. I went on a trip with my daughter, and everything went smoothly. Our room had all the basics we needed-a fantastic shower (could have used a tiny more space to place our toiletries but no biggie), super comfy bed to rest, an espresso machine for mornings. Immaculate. Some minor instructions for locking up before we headed out, but made us feel secure. Bring your sneakers and get ready to walk! There are no elevators. Just keep in mind in Naples-there are many narrow winding streets, and steep staircases. That said, we were minutes away from an upscale shopping district, a large selection of great local restaurants, and a train station, Piazza Amedeo (which worked out well for a tour we took, and they could pick us up). Giovanna also helped arrange transportation back to the airport which was was really helpful. Had a lovely stay, would stay there again!

Room was exceptionally clean and modern, spacious and cool (even during a heatwave). Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Well located near Piazza Amadeo. Also, the house beer from Naples's first craft brewery was delicious!

Great location, in the heart of the bustling streets of Chiaia, but back from the road in a quiet court yard. Clean, well appointed room with comfy beds, fantastic customer service, great contact ahead of arrival and throughout our stay.

The hotel experience was so relaxing, as I’ve been on a hiking trip for a week all over Amalfi Coast. stopped off for one night. , it was exceptionally clean Cleane, wonderful place to stay . very central could not fault my stay.. when I arrived, I was shown how everything works. I would highly recommend someone to stay b&b , if I was to return back to Naples, I would definitely stay there again. all I can say is don’t be put off from the outside.
