Schreckliche Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel. Nachdem wir die Buchung bestätigt hatten und vor Ort ankamen, verschwand der Besitzer stundenlang, beantwortete keine SMS oder Anrufe und ließ niemanden in der Unterkunft zurück, um uns einzuchecken. Wir mussten die Einheimischen anflehen, uns zu helfen, die Telefonnummer des Besitzers zu bekommen. Außerdem hatten wir es beim Einchecken mit Leuten zu tun, die kein Englisch sprechen (wie kann man international Unterkünfte mieten, ohne kommunizieren zu können?), und sie verlangten auch die Zahlung der Steuern in bar, obwohl sie kein Wechselgeld hatten, sodass wir am Ende mehr zahlten als nötig. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön und sauber, aber ich empfehle, sich fernzuhalten.

I met many warm and friendly locals in Naples, but the staff at Toledo Relais were definitely not among them. First of all, when booking the hotel, the confirmation clearly stated that check-in was available until 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 4 PM, we were met with an embarrassing situation—the hotel’s front door was locked, and ringing the doorbell got no response. We tried calling and contacting the hotel through the booking platform, but no one answered. In the end, we had to seek help from the building’s security guard. Using a translation app, we finally figured out how to enter the building. But the trouble didn't stop there—there was no receptionist at the front desk, only two room keys left behind, with no indication of which one was ours. We had no choice but to open both rooms and guess based on their different sizes. The soundproofing was terrible—while we were putting down our luggage, we could clearly hear a couple in the next room having sex, with loud banging and moaning sounds. This was extremely awkward for a family trip and made the lack of Wi-Fi seem like a minor issue in comparison. Throughout our entire stay, we never saw a single staff member, despite the notice in the room stating that they would be available from 9 AM to 1 PM. Honestly, the high rating of this hotel is a complete scam. No one responds to messages, and they expect you to leave the city tax in cash in the room—without any receipt or invoice. Oh, and one last thing—if you’re unlucky enough to book a room on the third floor, be prepared to pay €0.20 per use of the elevator. Good luck! Avoid this place at all costs.

Great location, room was clean (besides the balcony) but little support (not sure if from Trip or hotel) for changing dates.

No es lo que esperaba No tiene wifi No es un hotel son 5 habitaciones en un edificio que tiene de todo

La única pega es el acceso al edificio y que para el check-in hubo algo de confusión (no se me dió el código para que el portero me identificara y diera la llave). Todo lo demás perfecto, la estancia, la ubicación y el personal fue muy bien.

Toledo Relais room was in a great location. Very clean, very safe in a building with a door man. It is very close to all the main attractions, Quartieri Spagnoli, port to take the ferries to all the islands, local train steps away from the Toledo station which connects to the central station. Alessandro and Miriam were great. They put us in touch with an excellent guide to really learn the rich history and culture of Napoli. We can't wait to go back.

We visited for a few days. The location is perfect, the staff very helpful. It’s like your place in the middle of all. U can walk to any key locations, it’s 5 minutes from the ferry.. I highly recommended ,

Fantastic, central location and close to a metro station. Comfortable rooms, modern bathroom. Had an enjoyable couple of nights here. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever back in this part of this part of the world.

Esperienza davvero ottima, posto fantastico sia per il luogo perché è al centro di tutto e quindi ti puoi facilmente spostare a piedi perché sei proprio sulla via Toledo e sia per le camere. Tutto molto pulito, ogni giorno riordinato e tutti molto simpatici ed educati. Se avete bisogno di spostarvi con il taxi hanno anche un ragazzo affidabile che vi andranno a consigliare direttamente loro “Ciro taxi”

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questa struttura impeccabile come pulizia,gentilezza e posizione.Eravamo in suite al primo piano,arredata molto finemente w stile moderno,di recente realizzazione.Unica pecca:Abbiamo trovato in camera una culla da campeggio rotta e sprovvista di materassino.Nonostante il nostro reclamo,non è stata sostituita e siamo stati costretti a far dormire la bimba di 3 anni con noi nel lettone...con conseguenti notti insonni per me e mio marito.Un grazie particolare va ad Alessandro che si è prodigato fino a sera tardi per risolvere il nostro disagio...Bastava alla fine che il titolare provvedesse all'acquisto di una nuova culla...che altro non costa che sulle 70/80 euro.Un investimento utile non solo a noi ma a tutte le famiglie che soggiorneranno in struttura...Mi permetto di dirlo perché ci è stato riferito fosse l'unica in tutta la struttura!.Per il resto...nulla da dire

È veramente una suite, molto bella e confortevole, in pieno centro a Napoli,su un condominio con portineria in via Toledo, non c'è la colazione ma pazienza si scende sotto e c'è di tutto per mangiare. Camera e bagno pulitissimi, completa di tutto. Mi ha accolto un ragazzo gentilissimo e una signora che fa le pulizie in queste 5 camere.

B&B molto bello location eccezionale al centro via toledo156. Ambiente pulito e moderno, camere carine comode e silenziose . Bagno comodo e doccia comoda. Piccolo angolo bar caffe acqua ecc ecc.Servizio OTTIMO personale gentile e disponibile. Tutto perfetto

Non si tratta di un hotel vero e proprio, ma di 3 suites in un palazzo centralissimo. Molto comodo per la posizione: la metro si trova a 1 minuto a piedi e la sua posiziona centrale permette di spostarsi comodamente anche a piedi per visitare le più belle attrazioni di Napoli. Non ho mai visto personalmente il personale, ma siamo sempre stati in contatto tramite whatsapp: ho sempre trovato, ad ogni mia richiesta, cordialità e celerità nella risposta. Consigliato vivamente soprattutto per la posizione. Unico difetto, pareti troppo sottili che fanno sentire ogni rumore (per esempio televisori delle stanze accanto) e non erano sempre ricaricati i gel doccia/shampoo. Per il resro pulizia impeccabile!
