Thermen Hotels in Naples

Great hotel for a quick family getaway. Location is perfect, rooms are basic but clean and well kept. There’s coffee and muffins in the lobby for guests in the mornings, there’s a nice pool and gym. I’d stay here again, and would recommend to others!

A beautiful, cared for small but perfectly formed hotel. We're currently travelling around Florida and staying in a variety of accommodation at about the same price. Lemon Tree Inn wins hands down and it has been my absolute favourite. We had an enclosed porch overlooking the garden, which was great. Every room has a seating area outside the room, which is a highlight. The pool was clean and gloriously warm. We took advantage of the coin operated laundry facilities and bikes. The room was air conditioned, spacious with a queen sized comfortable bed (other rooms have kings and some have more than one bed) and contained fridge/freezer, microwave etc (check website/booking site for all amenities and facilities). Bathroom was immaculate, everything was clean as were the linen and towels. The hotel provides pool towels, which were large and cosy. Breakfast, served by the pool, was sufficient and ample (the coffee was great). Location is fantastic, everything is about 10-15 mins walk. Essentials are also within close proximity with CVS on one side and 7/11 on the other. Free parking. I was here for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer, I had two of the best nights sleep on my trip. All the staff we met were delightful, very happy to help and it felt as though there was a real team approach to ensuring high standards. Would have no hesitation in visiting again and for longer.

Als Reisekrankenschwester ist es schwer, nicht zu Hause zu sein! Ich beschloss, mir etwas Gutes zu tun und an einem schönen Ort zu bleiben. . . das war das Geld auf jeden Fall wert! Nachdem ich die ganze Nacht im örtlichen Krankenhaus gearbeitet hatte, war es großartig, ins Hotel zurückzukehren, sich umzuziehen und dann auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht zu frühstücken. Ich werde hier während der Reisekrankenpflege bleiben!

Von uns wie immer volle Punktzahl, wir sind zum 10.mal da, und kommen sicher wieder! schöne Zimmer, vor allem auch Nachhaltigkeit wird hier nicht vergessen. Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, Pool sehr entspannend. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Keine zusatztkosten von uns ein grosser Pluspunkt, nicht wie in anderen Hilton Hotels, Parken kostenlos, und schönes Frühstück al la carte, kostenlose Strandstühle mit Wasser und Handtücher, einfach super preis Leistung! Danke an alle Mitarbeiter auch Lounge, wir freuen uns auf nächste mal... schöne weihnachten!

Ein richtig großartiges Hotel! Wir waren leider zu kurz (nur drei Nächte) hier... Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend (hier kann morgens draußen gefrühstückt werden), und unser Zimmer mit „Balkon im Grünen“ war super gelegen - und sehr sauber. Frühstück war (selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse) richtig klasse!

This Resort is 5 star. The views and beach are spectacular, nothing better is Naples. Our room in the Beach House building was awesome. Very roomy, spectacular view of the beach, and completely updated. The staff on the property was very friendly. The front desk person who took care of us was Palak. She was awesome and everyday would greet me by my name. He service truly stood out. The general manager (Carlos Macias), sent us a handwritten welcome card to our room, which was a very nice detail we appreciated. 5 star resort and somewhere we will definitely visit again. We have been at Belllasera a couple of times in the past but this was our first visit after some years and also the first visit after their renovation. Overall nothing really changed that much. The suites are still perfectly clean and extremely well kept. Kudos to the great housekeeping team! Noticeably the renovation was carried out a little bit awkward. You will see that they changed some of the furniture and carpets but not entirely everything and not consistently in every room. Some rooms still have parts of the old carpet or older kitchen tops. Noticeably the rates have gone up significantly, therefore the hotel seemed empty during the week. Unfortunately we had to switch rooms twice (therefore we had the chance to see 3 different rooms and noticing the differences in the room renovation). The first room had some really loud noise coming from the HVAC unit next to the bedroom whereas the second room was very close to the kitchen vent outlet of their restaurant. Since I am a light sleeper and we wanted to spend our afternoons on the terrace it bothered us. Staff was apologetic and helpful and finally upgraded us from a 2 to a 3 bedroom unit. Not that we needed the space (with only 2 guests) but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The final suite was flawless and we enjoyed our 7 nights here.
