酒店位置在市區最繁華地段，緊鄰人民公園和吾悦廣場，吃飯購物交通相當便利，有停車場且車位充足，員工服務親切，房間內設和裝修都還新，除房間小點其它好像沒毛病，最讚的是提供的房間免費瓶裝水還是依雲和百歲山，不夠的話還可以到各層電梯廳自取，另外給入住客人提供了免費下午茶，在自助茶吧自取直到晚上10點止，有各式軟飲、水果、點心還有熱的銀耳羹，沒想到南陽的酒店這麼豪爽。唯一提一點意見，大堂入口上方的大招牌不是酒店名稱而是一家飯店，第一次開車來到了近處根本找不到酒店在哪，不可能仰着頭開車（酒店名稱在遠處到是清晰可見）

開始一切都挺好 就是我們住的房間讓人不太滿意 可能假期原因入住的時候就剩兩間房 頭房和尾房 選了頭房 沒想到是挨着餐廳 大早上五點多就被餐廳各種叮叮咣咣做飯和説話聲音吵醒 再也睡不着了 一直到中午動靜才消停 沒有見過哪個賓館的餐廳跟客房挨着 第一次入住體驗就如此不美好 當然排除這些其他還都不錯 前台服務很好 還送了小禮物

房間很乾凈，設施很新，無異味，空調很給力，衞生間乾濕分離，床是零壓乳膠墊，確實很舒服，早餐也很好吃。前台小姐姐很熱情，服務周到。晚上出了點小插曲，前台為我們升級了最好的房間，還贈送了水果盤和零嘴包。現磨咖啡很好喝，這裏特別要贊一下前台魏小姐，工作幹練，服務熱情，業務能力強，對客人很周到，棒棒噠。要説不足之處就是停車位少了點，不過快捷酒店嘛，也能理解。總之一次很好的住宿體驗。
