Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage. Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind alle in der Nähe. Allerdings sind das Personal nicht der gleichen Qualität. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Bad, aber der Schlauch funktionierte nicht und so das Wasser gerade so schnell wie es aus den Tappen kam. Das Gerät auf der Seite des Bades wurde gebrochen und so war der Plug nutzlos. Ich erwähnte das Mädchen auf der Rezeption, dass es ein Problem mit dem Bad war und es musste repariert werden. Sie sagte mir, dass sie es reparieren würde. Niemand kam an jenem Tag, um es zu reparieren, so erläuterte ich die Situation an ein anderes Mädchen am nächsten Tag. Noch nichts passiert. Beide Mädchen waren nicht interessiert und spiegeln sehr schlecht auf das Hotel und die Mercure-Gruppe im Allgemeinen.

I have stayed in this hotel before. I liked it's location, close to the train station and bus stop to the airport. During the pandemic, Accor the owners of the Adagio chain of hotels decided to cancel all reward points accumulated by their customers who did not stay in their hotels during the previous year. My points that I had built up were all deleted, even though we could not travel during the pandemic. As a result I now choose Accor Hotels as my second choice rather than first choice of places to stay. We decided to stay here for two nights recently. One night at the beginning of our holiday to the coast and a second night at the end of our trip to the coast. We needed a hotel close to the bus stop to the airport as we were getting an early flight. I booked this hotel three months before travelling. I requested a room on the first floor, overlooking the front of the hotel with a walk in shower. On arrival, I was offered a room on the third floor, at the back of the building with a bath. After giving them three months notice I thought that they might have actually read my requests. I stood my ground and eventually a room on the first floor, back of hotel with shower was located for me. It was a decent sized room with good air conditioning and good shower. The bed pillows have to be the worst I have ever slept on. Tiny balls of air. You end up effectively sleeping flat on the bed. I ended up propping up the pillows using towels from the bathroom. When we returned to the hotel after our weeks stay on the coast we were left waiting until 3.30 before a room was eventually found for us. Many other people were standing around reception also waiting to check in. Rooms were nor ready. Maybe they should employ more staff to deal with this. The first thing we noticed in our room was a section of the roof in the bathroom hanging down over the toilet. It looked incredibly dangerous. Our room had only just been cleaned. I cannot understand why the person cleaning the room could not have reported this danger. As there were no other rooms available in the hotel we felt that we would have to grin and bear it as we had been sitting in reception for over an hour waiting for this room to be allocated to us.

Chosen mainly because it offered secure car parking together with location and a reasonable price. It’s not at the heart of the city but close enough and everything within walking distance. When arriving by car, pop into the hotel to get the car park remote and detailed instructions on how to access. Despite it seeming complicated the lift from the car park comes up in reception. We had booked a studio apartment but got a one bed. Comfortable bed, shower worked well. Spacious sitting room. This is not a luxurious place but it was clean, everything worked and the staff were great - especially the Mexican lady working mornings. It represents a solid choice.

Das Hotel liegt an der zentraleren Straße in Nantes. Im Laden befindet sich eine Tiefgarage. Das sind ungefähr 15 Euro pro Tag. Es ist sehr bequem oder ziemlich gut. Das Schlossmuseum von Nantes liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Morgens gibt es ein kostenloses Frühstücksbuffet und abends zwei kostenlose Getränke. 0.0 gilt in diesem Kreis als modernes Hotel. Die anderen sind alt und alt. 0,0. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Im Vergleich zu Paris

Brilliantly located - bang centre of Nantes' poshest pedestrian district - the Hotel de France has a certain Belle Epoque elegance, satisfactory rooms, good bedding, great buffet breakfasts and, best of all, the warmest and most welcoming staff of any hotel I've been in this year (and I've been in a lot). There's nothing in this hotel to forgive but, if there were, I'd forgive it for the smiles, wit and pleasantness of every member of the personnel we bumped into. This is what promotes a good hotel to excellence.

Großartige Lage, etwas älteres / veraltetes Interieur, aber das wurde durch all seine Vorteile wieder wettgemacht - nämlich die erstaunliche Nachbarschaft. Ich war jetzt 2x dort und kann es nur empfehlen.

The Hotel is well placed in a quiet street very close to Place Graslin. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is good with a plentiful supply of quality food including some local produce. Our biggest complaint was that having paid for a premium room there were some issues which made it less than comfortable. Room 226 has a separate toilet to the bathroom with no wash basin so that you have to walk across the room to wash your hands. It also meant that the toilet was a small cupboard. The room was a good size but only had one chair and the biggest inconvenience was that there were no bedside cabinets or even a shelve. In fact storage space was very limited the wardrobe was an open hanging rail. I raised this with reception to be told that was what was provided. It was not until a couple of days later when all the rooms were being cleaned (and doors were left open) that we noted every room had bedside cupboards or shelves and that most had a wardrobe with a door. I am sure that this could be put right in a premium room but it did become an annoyance especially as we both wera glasses and it is very useful to be able to put them close at hand when you go to sleep.

Das Zimmer ist sehr nahe der Bahnhof, zu Fuß etwa 5-10 Minuten (siehe Geschwindigkeit jedermann); das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber immer noch sauber. Das Hotelservicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch und die Antwort auf die Fragen ist detailliert. Nanter ist eine schöne kleine Stadt und ist ruhiger; wenn du nächstes Mal wieder bist, wohnst du hier.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Stadt, bietet einen Spaziergang und einen Parkplatz. Im Gegensatz dazu ist die Letter nicht auf der ganzen Ebene (feine und sehr harte Matalas), es ist die gleiche Letter wie die Hotels Ibis **. Die Decken sind reich und zu klein (dies ist schwer das ganze Bett bedeckt), kleine und volumlose Cousins, feine und ganz kleine Schnittstelle. Das muss wirklich geändert werden, zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt sind es keine wertvollen Liter eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein.

Wir waren 2 reife Rugby-Weltmeister auf unserem Aufenthalt in Nantes. Wir haben 4 Nächte im Hotel geblieben und es war hervorragend. Das Zimmer, das wir gegeben hatten, war komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal hat dieses Hotel wirklich gemacht. Ihre Englisch- und lokalen Kenntnisse waren großartig und sie waren so freundlich und bereit, zu helfen. Sehr gute Lage in Nantes Stadt und das Hotel ist sehr nahe an Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften gelegen.
