乾淨衞生，前台熱情。知道我們是考研黨，還幫我們打印了准考證。平台上沒有早餐券，還給了我早餐券。晚上有保安，離派出所也只有幾百米，感覺很安心。
花灑是一體式的，出熱水很快，特別滿意！不過房間內的紙巾太少了，只有床頭那兒有抽紙，希望在桌子那兒也放包抽紙，不然好麻煩。
樓下的飲水機很方便，紙杯每個都獨立包裝，而且有冷熱咖啡，冷熱奶茶和冷熱水；房間裏還有消防用具和換鞋凳，讓我對這家酒店印象很好，特別有細節。

HHo FongMeine Schwester & Ich habe beschlossen, hier fünf Nächte aufgrund ihrer Lage (nahe dem IKEA Einkaufszentrum und seiner Nähe zum U-Bahnhof) sowie ihre wettbewerbsfähigen Preise zu verbringen.
Es gibt viele Pros zu diesem Hotel:
- super Service (sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit & polit Personal) - das Zimmer ist ruhig, sauber & geräumig
- Es gibt auch ein Waschraum mit einem Waschmaschine & einem Trockner sowie ein Dampf-Eisen; Waschmittel ist auch verfügbar, was ein Bonus ist.
- Obwohl nur zwei Flaschen Trinkwasser täglich FOC bereitgestellt wird, konnten wir eine zusätzliche vier Flaschen erhalten, wenn wir die Anfrage auf dem Frontdesk gestellt
Die Konsequenzen, auf die ich hoffe, verbessert werden können, sind:
- das WLAN: wir konnten es nicht so lange nutzen, wie wir hier geblieben waren, was, ich denke, ist der größte Fehler des Hotels
- Es gibt nur eine Waschmaschine und eine Trockner. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe ist es vernünftig, mindestens zwei von jedem zu bieten.
Woll ich mich noch einmal hier bewegen und/oder es meinen Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen? Die Antwort ist ja, aber ich hoffe, dass die Verwaltung die oben genannten Fragen so bald wie möglich angehen wird.

Das Zimmer ist schön sauber, die Umgebung ist ruhig, das Hotel ist gerade geöffnet, alle Aspekte sind gut, die Rezeption Miss Sister ist auch kostenlos für uns, um die Aktualisierung zu machen, der Rezeption kleiner Teppich und kleiner Teppich Service ist gut, die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, Vieles zu essen in der Nähe, es ist bequem zu reisen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und es ist sehr nett, uns zu heißen, das Frühstück ist großartig und viele Arten. Das Hotel ist großartig nach Nanning zu leben! Empfehlenswert!!!

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.

GGastnutzerWe stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.)
Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.)
2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room.
3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

YYuejinThe hotel is right next to the train station and subway, very convenient for traveling but because of this, the train vibration noise can be a problem for sensitive sleepers. The room is clean and well equipped for our needs and the Aircon works well, but the shower tray drains really slowly and you literally stand in your own shower puddle. Breakfast is minimal, all in a bag with bread, a boiled egg and cartoon milk. Also the hotel has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Overall we had a good stay in Nanning at this hotel.
