Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hell, sauber und ordentlich. Die Kellner waren herzlich und rücksichtsvoll und ergriffen die Initiative, um Hoteleinrichtungen und andere Informationen vorzustellen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und die Wontons sind köstlich. Der Transport ist bequem und Sie können in wenigen Autominuten auf die Schnellstraße gelangen.

I recently stayed at Hentique Qiyun Retreat and would like to share my experience to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. The hotel had both positives and negatives, and I hope this balanced review will be helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was its proximity to beautiful walking trails. I found these trails to be a great way to explore the natural surroundings and enjoy some outdoor activities during my visit. If you are someone who appreciates nature and likes to go for walks or hikes, this hotel's location would be a definite plus. However, I found that the hotel's distance from the city center was a significant drawback. If your intention is to visit the city center frequently, the hotel's location might not be the most convenient option. Traveling to and from the city center can be time-consuming and might require additional planning. Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be quite average. The food options were nothing out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere was rather noisy. There were children running around and making a mess during breakfast, which made the experience less enjoyable. It would have been helpful if the staff had intervened to maintain a more peaceful environment. In terms of housekeeping, I had some concerns about the service provided. The housekeeping staff never made the bed during my stay, which was unexpected. Additionally, while they provided new towels, they did not remove the used ones from the room. This left the room feeling cluttered and not as clean as it could have been.

What an incredible hotel! The rooms are big and luxurious. The staff is exceptional and comparable to 5-star hotel. The quality and choices at breakfast were some of the best food I had in Nanjing. My parents had unusual/unreasonable requests and front desk went out of their way to satisfy. I also had an issue unrelated to the hotel that front desk was able to resolve on my behalf. I particularly want to mention employee 016 for doing a wonderful job and making me and my family feel so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

五一假期訂了此漢庭酒店，地處南京新港開發區，在一個綜合園區內，地面的綜合停車場可以給住店客人免費停車，但由於是綜合停車場，車位比較緊張，建議先到先停。衹是有一點不理解，明明有地下停車場空着就是不能停。內部房間總體還是不錯，比較乾淨，安靜。服務也尚可。

外出旅遊選擇的酒店非常好,位置優越離歡樂谷不遠，還有大型的停車場，可以免費停車，大廳香薰很好聞，辦理入住和退房都會遞上康鉑礦泉水，酒店大廳大氣簡約，寬敞明亮，配套設施豐富，16樓有洗衣房，前台工作人員服務很熱情，整體氛圍很好，贊，下次出差首選這家店，軟件、硬件設施都特別好！ 酒店乾淨衞生，工作人員服務好，早餐種類多，味道棒棒的，每次辦理入住和退房都會給一瓶熱水，真是細緻體貼！

門口招牌挺大挺明顯的，還是嘛好找的。是地下停車場，還有充電樁，這個非常方便。有什麼需要還可以手機直接掃碼點單，會有機器人送來，這個非常方便。服務員都很好，很nice，問了很多問題，都耐心解答。有不知道的問題，還特地打電話問了朋友。非常感謝。這次住宿很滿意，有機會還會來的。
