大概是住過最好的花築奢之一了，位置超好，在美齡宮和明孝陵斜對面，晚上逛完就可以溜達回酒店，不要太方便。酒店本身就很好看，春季園區也很美，門口有兩棵玉蘭樹。房間大非常舒適，家庭間都在頂樓，佈置的特別可愛，還有天窗，景區晚上沒有遊客就非常安靜。早餐包含一份九宮格，住户每人贈送一份麪類主食。樓下有咖啡店，買咖啡還能打8折。 唯一覺得不方便是如果是週末入住，梧桐大道封路，堵了很久也過不去，衹能等到6點解封以後進去。另外景區內沒有好餐廳，衹能叫外賣。

這次入住酒店真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！酒店地理位置絕佳，距離明孝陵景區入口衹有幾分鐘的步行距離，非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，窗外有小鳥的叫聲，早上醒來感覺特別放鬆。 酒店的服務也讓人印象深刻，前台工作人員熱情周到，主動提供了很多景區遊玩建議。早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒，尤其是當地的特色小吃，讓人回味無窮。 重要的是，酒店的性價比很高，完全超出了我的預期！下次再來中山陵景區遊玩，一定會再次選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, bat man uns zu warten, da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Wir haben lange gewartet. Es war besser als die Zimmer, die wir später bekamen, aber unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Als ich sie drängte, sagten sie, sie hätten uns ein Upgrade gegeben. Als wir hereinkamen, roch es daher nach neuer Dekoration. Ich kochte einen Topf Wasser und hatte bereits ein unangenehmes Gefühl im Hals. Nachdem ich mit der Haushälterin gesprochen hatte, wechselten sie mein Zimmer, aber ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass, nachdem ich einen Nachmittag und eine Nacht gespielt hatte, das Wasser ins Wohnzimmer floss, als ich zurückkam und duschte. Obwohl die Haushälterin sehr höflich war und schnell reagierte, war es dennoch sehr ärgerlich, uns mitten in der Nacht auf die Reinigung des Zimmers warten zu lassen. Und das passierte sogar, wenn wir das Zimmer wechselten. Obwohl es 2024 neu eröffnet wurde, sollte es nicht so sein.

Das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr gut! Der Service der Rezeption ”Warm” ist enthusiastisch und sorgfältig erläutert die touristischen Attraktionen in der Umgebung! Die Hotelumgebung ist auch besonders gut, Parken ist bequem, das Zimmer hat Heizung, im Winter ist der Aufenthalt besonders glücklich und der Wasserfluss ist stark. Das Hotel ist besonders hoch, die Gebühr für zwei Sternen, der Fünf-Stern-Service, und dann gehen Sie aus dem ersten Yahoo Hotel!

Es war ein insgesamt großartiges Aufenthalt, die Lage ist gut, weil eine U-Bahnstation 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Bequem Lager ein paar Minuten entfernt. Zimmer ist sauber und tägliches Reinigungsleben ist großartig. Zimmerausstattung sind groß, Dusche Wassertemperatur stabil.

酒店位於美食一條街的居民區，服務周到體貼，每天晚上還貼心的推出簡單夜宵，9:30pm～11:00pm，有兩款粥，有包子，有燒賣，還有些醬菜，去嚐了，味道為晚到的客人送上温暖，真的不錯。房間裏不僅有充足的瓶裝礦泉水，還有自己品牌的兩款瓶裝茶，全免費。三樓餐廳旁邊是洗衣房，也周到的放着瓶裝水。洗澡水壓很大很舒服，洗漱用品簡單而好用，退房時服務人員還主動提議帶上一瓶水以備旅途口渴。總之很温馨，感受到了被關注被照顧，酒店位置也不錯，距離博物院很近，走路10分鐘就能到了，到中山陵和梧桐大道也很方便。周邊還有很多美食，有徐家鴨子，大碗皮肚麪都是南京特色，還有很多水果店，非常方便。我自己覺得住下來的體驗來講，下次還是選擇這家温馨、用心的酒店！

入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置便利，周邊交通便捷，離中山陵非常近，步行可到達附近商場和地鐵站。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效貼心。房間寬敞明亮，裝修雅緻温馨，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴設施乾淨整潔。隔音效果出色，夜晚安靜無打擾。整體性價比超高，員工服務細緻入微，離店時還贈送了純凈水。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊都強烈推薦，下次必定再次選擇入住！

酒店位置比較偏僻 從機場趕過來一路坐末班車地鐵坐了兩個小時 出來公交也沒了 看地圖還有七百多米 拖着兩個行李箱走過來一路旁邊還在修路 連個人行道也沒 衹能走非機動車道 還好晚上車比較少 不然挺危險 第二天打車接單也比較慢 接單了還被取消訂單 離譜至極 等了半天最後還是步行到地鐵站……晚上進電梯一股很濃的酒精味 進房間也是一股説不上來的味 晚上睡覺時才發現床頭那個燈是壞的怎麼關都關不上 另一邊的燈則是打不開 很晚了也不方便換房間 衹能戴眼罩勉強入睡 酒店的衞浴和床品還是不錯的 至少沒有過敏起疹子… 雖然離地鐵站有點遠 但是明故宮挺近的 時間充足可以去逛逛 我們時間比較趕進去看了眼就走了

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Nice location and service it close to metro station and attractions. you can walk around. the staffs so nice, even they cannot speak English and asked me slowly and polite when I told them I can understand to Chinese a little bit and we use translate app. Thank you for trying to commutation almost in Chinese and English with us, sincerely.
