這家酒店的前台人員，清潔人員都特別好，服務可貼心了，都還很熱情，一直給送小零食送月餅，還特意給小孩送來了小童拖鞋和牙刷，熱情貼心的服務讓人覺得非常温暖，下次還會住這裏！周圍環境很好，後面就是湖景，還有大商場。

推薦推薦，很好的一家店，價格適中，環境好，店員服務好，衞生乾淨，住的放心。有需要的小夥伴放心沖，靠近地鐵站2號線，出行方便。推薦推薦。整體環境不錯，採光好，窗户大通風也好，同等價位首選這裏，靠近地鐵站，交通便利，來南京玩地鐵很方便，總之是旅遊出差的不二選擇。

第一次入住，看到網上評分高，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很好很熱情，入住時還贈送了綠豆湯，百香果汁和一份水果，且有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心傾聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，配備小愛同學，前台小姐姐還幫忙推薦了遊玩路線，離二號線仙鶴門地鐵口很近，酒店停車很方便，下次來南京玩還會選擇入住這裏的，非常推薦!

I am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors. However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it. Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet. This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining. I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

The hotel is neat a metro station. Bed was great and there is free laundry for those staying medium to long term. Lot of food options around the area but if you want more take the metro 2 stops up and walk to bigger shopping centers. Overall stay was great!

Was für ein unglaubliches Hotel! Die Zimmer sind groß und luxuriös. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich und vergleichbar mit 5-star Hotel. Die Qualität und die Wahlen am Frühstück waren einige der besten Lebensmittel, die ich in Nanjing hatte. Meine Eltern hatten ungewöhnliche/unvernünftige Anfragen und das Front Desk ging aus ihrem Weg, um zu erfüllen. Ich hatte auch eine Frage, die nicht mit dem Hotel zusammenhängt, dass das Front Desk für mich gelöst werden konnte. Ich möchte besonders den Mitarbeiter 016 für eine wunderbare Arbeit und machen mich und meine Familie so gut betreut fühlen. Danke!!!

Rooms are big and spacious with excellent view of the river. Staff are friendly and offer good service. However the location is isolated with only some shops and restaurants nearby.

住葡萄酒店起碼二三十次了。以前因為它性價比高 週末經常來。這次真的失望。浴室的洗髮水、沐浴露全都是空的，特別空的那種，衹能擠出幾個泡泡。然後浴室的架子上還有上一個客人留下的皮筋和頭髮，這是壓根沒有打掃浴室對嗎？好像過了一個暑假，葡萄酒店變舊了、臟了，很多角落發黃、牀頭櫃掉漆。望酒店重視！
