服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題😁服務超級好，還有智能機器人，洗衣機也很nice，就是我們的房間位置太靠洗衣房了，噪音有點大，其他都超級nice，位置也很靠近周圍景點，不錯不錯

這裏基本都是長租！住幾天的別來！洗衣機是公用，提供的用品也很少，服務態度是很好但是解決不了任何問題。最糟糕的是衞生很差，馬桶圈上還有新鮮的尿漬，毛巾什麼也都是臟的……我天……我用開水把所有用具燙了一遍，加上帶夠了一次性用品才沒退房。這段日子在南京的住宿體驗和它的美成反比。最後再強調一遍，這家也不是很糟糕，它的長租環境是可以的，畢竟固定住户不用太擔心交叉感染，但是非常非常不適合來玩幾天或者需要使用洗衣機的人，真的非常非常不方便。

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

臨時來趟南京溜達溜達，也是衝著南京博物院來的，就選了這家酒店。因為地理位置很方便，就在博物院斜對面兒，離着地鐵也很近。 酒店位置不在街邊上，相對來説很安靜，不會吵鬧，這點非常好。而且出門走到街邊上也有很多小吃餐飲店，可選擇較多。 酒店環境給我一種老國企的感覺，設備設施完善，但有一些老了，不過不影響入住。 酒店人員態度都挺好的，前台辦理入住速度也快，也很熱情，房間收拾的也很乾凈。 房間佈局整體還可以，小肥皂挺好用的～馬桶旁邊的衞生紙的位置不是很方便，所以每次我們都會把衞生紙拿出來。洗髮水沐浴露也不太好用。 我們入住的房間水池子是園盆形，水龍頭在左上側，洗手離得很近，有時候也會碰到水池子。 另外就是有時候隔壁或者是樓上樓下用水，通過下水道的聲音能傳過來，剛開始不太習慣，後來習慣了就好了。 不過這些都不是大問題，總體來説入住感受還是可以的。

上次來的時候是普通大床房，還有寫字桌，可以坐着打電腦，但沒有窗。這次來特意定了豪華大床房，是希望在有寫字桌的基礎上還可以有窗。結果加了錢反而沒有寫字桌了，然後還特意翻了攜程的訂單記錄上，明明豪華大床房的設施一欄，寫了有寫字桌的，，，，且隔壁屋的大哥，呼嚕聲呼吸聲，此起彼伏，清晰可聞。這次的訂房就不是很成功了。

Was die Ausstattung angeht, gilt die Lobby aufgrund ihrer Pracht als Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Allerdings wirkt das Zimmer wie ein Gästehaus. Die Steckdosen funktionieren nicht gut und die Lampen funktionieren nicht. Die Verkabelungstafel im Raum ist von der Art mit verlängerten Drähten. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine 220er-Steckdose, daher muss ich den mitgebrachten Fön im Hotel benutzen, den ich lange nicht trocknen konnte und meine Haare waren ganz kraus. Die Vorhänge und Teppiche waren alle schmutzig. Es gab nur sechs Flaschen Wasser in einem Zimmer und eine zusätzliche Flasche kostete 8 Yuan. Nur die älteste Dame im Gästezimmer ergriff die Initiative, Hallo zu sagen. Ansonsten hatte sie ein kaltes Gesicht. Als ich das Zimmer gebucht habe, habe ich mich für das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel entschieden, aber weil ich Kinder hatte und die Lage in Ordnung war, blieb ich ungern zwei Tage. Aber wenn ich das nächste Mal hierher komme, werde ich es tun Wählen Sie diesen Ort nicht, um Hammelfleisch mit Hundekopf zu kaufen. Als ich etwas im Hotel zurückließ, ergriff das Personal die Initiative, kontaktierte mich und brachte es mir persönlich, nachdem ich wusste, dass ich das Zimmer gewechselt hatte. Dafür war ich sehr dankbar.

這次入住該酒店是一次非常愉快的經歷。酒店的位置十分便利，周邊配套齊全。下地鐵就到了明孝陵，酒店離明孝陵只有300多米，而且下地鐵就是盒馬超市，裏面甜點吃的應有盡有，房間舒適温馨，隔音效果良好。酒店的員工都很熱情周到，服務態度極-佳。前台姐姐還給我們升級了房子，體驗感極佳，價格也合適，民宿還有地暖！晚上逛完旅遊景點打開電視，在窗邊和好友吃甜點喝米釀，真的好放鬆，真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店。 希望以後有機會帶家人再次回到南京旅遊，那時候我也依然會選擇這家民宿～

我們是14-19/2 共住5晚,這裏環境清幽,空氣好服務好,2位美女芙關和嘉嘉在我們每天玩得筋疲力毒走的親切問候,有種回家的感覺,每晚堅持周我們需要喝碗銀耳嗎?天吃太太太飽又心想不會好喝就婉拒,結果最後一晚的時候喝了兩碗，感謝清潔的2位女士對我們的幫助，幫手拿行李上的先生等等,整員工的服務都不錯。位置對去鐘山景品超級方面，打DiDi 不超10元，出門走不遠就有各式餐廳:就算去市各景區大部份也不超30元，以後去肯定會入住，期待和你們再次見面，這次入住令我認識到凱悦旗下的此類酒店，以後去其他地方也會考慮,再次感謝! 最後超級推萬鳴寺那家百味,太好吃啦”

The hotel is tidy and well maintained. Cordial Staff. Services and amenities are upto the standard. Delicious breakfast as compared to other options in the neighbourhood. Although one can try other delicacies round the corner. For people who are looking for McDonald's and KFC; both are located within 200mtrs walking distance alongwith shopping centre where you can get almost all essentials. Although easy to locate, if you follow the location as per booking voucher... the location on google maps shows a different location.
