Unexpected Stay Turned Out Great! We made a last-minute decision to stay over in Nanjing and didn’t have our passports with us, which initially caused a bit of a hiccup during check-in. The hotel staff were very understanding and referred us to the local police station to get the required approval. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Although the hotel was fully booked at the time, they quickly prepared a room for us while we waited. Once checked in, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Really appreciated the staff’s support and hospitality under unexpected circumstances!

I had an amazing stay at the Atour. The cleanliness was impeccable - everything from the lobby to the rooms felt fresh and spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The location was also perfect - close to everything I wanted to see and do, with great dining and shopping options just a short walk away. The subway was a 5 minute walk to Line 1. Breakfast was standard fare Chinese hotel breakfast buffet but the check in staff did give us a discounted rate because we were staying for 4 nights. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
