I do not recommend this place at all if you want a quiet night of sleep or if you are sound sensitive. The cleanliness is subpar and feels more like a 2 star hotel rather than a 3 star hotel. Service was subpar. First of all, there is a huge sign of the hotel but we had trouble finding the entrance. Booked for a few nights but decided to leave the next night for a better place after checking in. We could hear every single conversation outside as well as the showering sounds coming from two directions. My partner was sick so we ended up staying in the room for the most of the afternoon until the next day. We needed extra help because my partner actually puked on the floor and asked if we can get a broom and towels to clean up, to which they did. I complained about the noise after a bit since my partner needed a more quiet rest and asked if we can switch to another room that is more quiet, but the receptionist did not offer much help despite seeing many rooms opened and not occupied. I am also very disappointed in the service because the receptionists were rude despite seeing so many good reviews about the service before we came here. While I understand that they can reject our requests, but I did not appreciate the annoyance look coming from the second receptionist. Finally, some minor annoyances like the water pressure being weak, inconsistent shower stream, lights without labels, doors not closing properly, bedsheets with stains, and lint on the floor. The bed we could directly feel the spring.
I’d say if you want a cheap night and can fall asleep easily then this might be the place for you. There is a huge outdoor market and lots of schools(university, middle school, and elementary school) all in this area. You should also get a room with windows during late spring/summer time because it was a bit stuffy without it.
