Nanjing South Railway Station Ziyi Tianyue Hotel

Ich reiste mit meinen Kindern und zwei Freunden nach Nanjing. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Nanjing, etwa sieben oder acht Minuten zu Fuß. Der Service an der Hotelrezeption ist sehr gut, herzlich und aufmerksam. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenloses Mineralwasser. Die großen Fenster sind sehr hell. Das ganze Haus ist sehr beliebt. Dieser Aufenthalt hat bei uns allen einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Meine Freunde haben mich gebeten, ihm eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung zu geben.

The room is clean and good size for couples. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would say they have the best service mind comparing to other hotels that we have been staying in China. Good location, very close to the high speed train station. Just a little confused when we arrived at the building A-3 as there are 2 entrances and there’s no English sign at the entrance.

The hotel was great. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The staff is very acommodating and Xiaohong was really kind. Quite close to the southern exit from the Nanjing South Railway Station (turn right on the South Square and you’ll find the A-3 bulding). The area is really safe and there are lots of restaurants, small marts and coffee places, open until late. You can find some western options in the area.

If I can give 10 stars I would for the services, all the staff are going and beyond what we expected for the service. They washed, dried, folded, and delivered our clothes for free. On top of that, they let us check in really early like 9 o’clock. However the most impressive service was they had someone carried our luggages and walked us to the train station just around the corner and refused to accept our tip. Who can beat these kind of service? The room is clean and has the high tech voice control for almost everything, and the best part is the high tech toilet. Wish we can one at home.  The breakfast is also good, but mostly Chinese breakfast, not western style. It has great latte coffee though. It costs 20 rmb about $2.80 dollar. The location is excellent. A lot of restaurants and shops surrounding, and Nanjing train station South is only 3 minutes walk. The hotel also close to Niushoushan temple. This is the must see tourist spot. If we come to Nanjing again, we would definitely stay there again.

As a senior couple visited Nanjing, we were very happy to make right choice to stay at Nanjing South Railway Station Ziyi Tianyue Hotel. It is a very good hotel, clean and tidy. Location is convenient, around 7mins walk from 'exit 5' of the metro line at Nanjing south railway station. Nice environment around the hotel and many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very clean, tidy, spacious, bright, with complete facilities and we had fun playing with the AI controls. All staffs (小王, 小習, 小魚, 小梅, 小左, 波哥) are very accommodating with caring, friendly service to meet our needs and increase our journey happiness, all of them are very professional. The breakfast is good, we loved the food they provided, the restaurant hygiene is high standard, staffs (小陳,小張) in the kitchen are very professional. When we left from hotel, we said goodbye to each other. (小魚,小左, 波哥) arranged us with DiDi service and arranged two gentlemen carrying our luggage to downstairs. Sincerely thanks to all staffs made us feel like at home, must give them a thumb up.

Nanjing Ziyi Tianyue Hotel is our first stop at our Jiansu trip and it is located about 10 minutes walk from Nanjing South Railway station. The hotel provides outstanding room services. The handyman Mr. Shi was immediately available when we are not familiar with the hotel settings. The front desk Ms. Wang offers many city travel tips and helps us getting Uber service. Although the hotel breakfast does not provide many options, there are tons of restaurant and cafe on the street where hotel is located. I got very good recommendation from the hotel front desk Ms. Xi.
