I recently stayed at this homestay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is its prime location—right in the heart of a bustling area, surrounded by popular food stalls and restaurants. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the convenience of having amazing local eats just a short walk away. The room itself is clean and spacious, comfortably fitting four adults. The design is modern and trendy, making it a great spot for photos. Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning the room daily, which adds to the comfort of the stay. Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable, especially for the location and room size, making it a good option for families. However, the biggest downside is the lift. There’s only one small lift shared between the homestay and the restaurant below, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. The lift also feels a bit dirty and smelly, likely due to some guests smoking inside. I even saw someone spit in the corner, which was quite unpleasant.

房間很乾淨 很滿意 確實是面朝大海的 但是玻璃有點髒 拍起來效果就一般 如果玻璃乾淨的話就更完美了 另外就是洗熱水澡要等一個人洗完之後繼續燒水才會有熱水 這個姊妹們要切記 要不然第二個人去洗澡就會很冷很冷 服務態度不錯的 會及時幫忙解決問題 值得我喜歡的就是浴巾啥的都是一次性的 我喜歡

Besonders das Meereslandschaftszimmer ist wirklich sehr gut. Wenn es geöffnet wird, ist das blaue Meer wirklich wunderbar.

Baisha Bay · Qingjing is located in Nanao Island, known as the Oriental Hawaii, in the foothills of Baisha Bay bus station south of Shenao Town, surrounded by mountains. All year round, Longtan mountain spring water, warm in winter and cool in summer, surrounded by trees, in the mountains face the sea, there are good fields and fruits, the environment is quiet, the air is fresh and oxygen-rich, opposite is Baisha Bay beach to catch the sea, suitable for parent-child activities, small meetings, group construction and other activities.

民宿在雲澳鎮，位於整個南澳島的東面，鬧中取靜，周邊吃的玩的也不少，適合於自駕遊，整個島不算很大，開車去往各個景點都挺方便。房間裏客廳很大，落地窗外風景不錯，設施也都挺新，前台美眉們各個態度和藹，有疑問回答及時，值得稱讚👍。

這次南澳島之行，入住的這家凡塵~水跡民宿，直接給我的旅行體驗感拉滿！必須好好誇一誇~ 首先：酒店位於雲澳和青澳灣的中間位置，開車到青澳灣很近，酒店對面就有一個停車場，非常方便！酒店附近是南澳島一處天然避風港，傍晚會看到許多漁船回港，By the way：運氣好可以在碼頭收貨不好當天漁獲呢，附近同樣也是電影《四海》的拍攝取景地，傍晚時分，對朝大海，相當的出片！ 其次：酒店的風格非常好，酒店很新，非常乾淨，細微的地方處處體現了細節與用心！酒店的佈置，給人一種日式侘寂風的既視感，簡約，又不失簡單，自然的原色家居設計！酒店的房間很大，一進門，100英寸的大屏LED電視，TOTO的電動馬桶，萊芬的吹風機，體驗感很是拉滿，床品很軟，枕頭也很舒適，一看老闆就是精心挑選過的，連洗護用品也都是國外品牌，這對於在南澳遊玩一天回到酒店，舒服的洗個澡，吹吹空調，泡壺茶（老闆有準備當地茶葉哦），看着這100英寸的大電視，這是多麼愜意！ 最後：老闆人真的非常好，也是位喜愛品茶及茶藝的人，在我看來，喜歡品茶的人，都是生活中的藝術家。老闆會介紹南澳島當地很多遊玩，吃飯，打卡的地方，推薦到你，絕不讓你去踩坑！當然，酒店附近也有很多吃飯的地方，雖沒有青澳灣，後宅那麼多元化豐富，但也足夠，對於到了晚上不想出去折騰的人來説，附近生醃，粿條，砂鍋粥，燒烤，海鮮排檔，基本都有。 總體來説：這家民宿酒店的體驗感真的很好，南澳島也非常漂亮，美食，美景也都不錯，下次還會繼續到南澳島休閑度假，同樣也會繼續選擇凡塵~水跡酒店入住，強烈安利給大家！！！
