Holiday Inn NAMPA by IHG

The air conditioner is way too loud. Louder then the traffic noise from the highway right next to the hotel. Otherwise it was a good place to stay for a night.

Everything was wonderful for our stay cation! We spent our sons birthday here for the pool and hot tub! From check in to check out the staff was awesome! The restaurant on site is really good too! My only complaint is the bed was a little hard for my liking but overall everything was fabulous!

Staff is exceptionally friendly. Rooms were clean and fresh. The onsite restaurant was very good along with its staff. Breakfast buffet was better than the average.

Room was clean, staff was very nice. I do wish that breakfast was included in the price of the room.

I came back to room to din out the staff checked someone else into my room, they moved my stuff and carried some of it down to front office. Very weird and unsafe feeling.

We greated by a smile and welcome. Wonderful reception! Our room was updated and clean.

Unfortunately, had very loud guests above us. At one point, I almost called 911 due to the severity of the banging and screaming. Only 1 front desk agent helped and took the matter serious. No safety protocol in place.

This Holiday Inn was probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the past several years. Awesome location, awesome staff and awesome amenities including a restaurant and bar.

This Hotel was above and beyond our expectations, worth the extra cost. It Has a modern / rustic decor. Our room was very clean and comfortable & spacious with a wall thermostat in the rooms. The breakfast, there was a small extra cost, but it was amazing: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, bottled juice, Chobani yogurt, oatmeal & cold cereal. Thank you Holiday Inn for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.
