Wonderful room, service, and overall experience. The room was equipped with a gas heater that quickly warmed the room up despite the January cold. There were also cups, a tea pot, satchels of green tea, and an electric kettle to prepare tea in the room. The onsen bath was very hot and wonderful and the futon and pillows were comfortable. 5/5 experience!

草津のなおし湯として知られる沢渡温泉。 草津温泉で日帰り入浴を楽しんだ後にこちら龍鳴館様にお世話になりました。 外観は田舎に帰ってきたぞ感にあふれています。 家庭的でアットホームな宿で女将さんも気さくでスタッフさんの対応も朗らかでした。 なかでも夕食のボリュームが半端なかった。舐めてかかると胃袋が憤死すること確実です。おいしいものをたくさん食べられて胃袋は幸せだったようです。 一番困ったのがお風呂。 温度が熱くて熱くて入るのにかなり苦労しました。 かけ湯を多くすることが攻略のポイントですかね。 名湯といわれる沢渡温泉。湯があり後はお肌もすべすべ感がありました。 湯温が高いので寒い季節に利用したほうが体が喜びそうかも
