Eine Familie hat ein kleines Haus. Wir wohnen in einem Haus mit zwei Zimmern, einem für das Kind und einem für die Erwachsenen. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Kind sagte, es habe am nächsten Tag sehr gut geschlafen. Dies ist eine Privatunterkunft. Der Besitzer ist ein älteres Ehepaar, aber sie sind sehr herzlich und liebevoll. Obwohl es etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist, kostet eine Taxifahrt nicht mehr als 1.000 Schilling. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön.

Schön, gefällt mir. Der Hof ist schön. Das Zimmer ist sauber.

Die Lage ist ruhig, etwas ungünstig gelegen, sonst alles gut

The villa and gardens are beautiful and serene. The staff were wonderful and obliging and food excellent. We cannot fault this accomodation and would definitely come back. Thank you 👍🙂

Уютный отель, на закрытой территории за шлагбаумом. Рядом жираф центр,недалеко также есть большой торговый центр галерея молл. Хозяева очень радушные, пошли на встречу и сделали завтрак на вынос, так как нас рано утром забирали на сафари. Единственный недостаток-уставшая сантехника ( смеситель и унитаз в ванной).

Ein echtes zweites Zuhause. Das Haus liegt inmitten wunderschöner Gärten und ist makellos gepflegt. Jane war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt sehr geholfen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker: Pfannkuchen, frisches Obst und Eier auf der Veranda. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

What a wonderful place! Bernard and Jane are great hosts, and the house and gardens are wonderful. My wife and I had a room in the house which was perfect. It had a comfortable bed with mosquito nets (although we didn't see a single mosquito), an en-suite wc and shower, a kettle, and a fridge. Esther served breakfast on the verandah, each morning. Tea, coffee, toast, cereals and milk, eggs, and fresh fruit. Fantastic. If you are staying for a few days, I recommend taking along an old or spare phone. Pop along to the Galleria shopping mall, and get a sim card from Safaricom. I got 25gb which was more than enough for us to book Ubers around the area. The other thing you can do whilst you are at SafariCom is download Mpesa (a payment system using your phone) and add some Kenyan shillings to the account. Everywhere accepts Mpesa, and it's useful for Ubers because there is a shortage of small notes / change in Kenya. The area is the Karen district. It's safe to walk around, and there are some great restaurants and things to visit. Truly exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful stay Bernard and Jane.

This is a truly stunning property located in the affluent area of Karen and most importantly minutes away from the Galleria mall. We used this as a stop over for our safaris from the north to the south and frankly everyone in the party wished we has booked longer. This is not a soul less hotel. This is Jane's home beautifully and lovingly decorated with trinkets from her travels all over the world. It feels like home from the.minute you walk in and are greeted warmly by Jane and her handsome son. We are a family of 4 and took two rooms, each had a double bed. One of the rooms had a massive tub which our kids really enjoyed. We picked up food at Galleria mall which has tons and tons of options and a Carrefour which had the cheapest souvenirs we saw in Kenya. Breakfast was a continental spread and was delicious. I highly highly reccomend this accomodation. The warmth, hospitality and facilities cannot be beat. Thank you Jane! God Bless you and your family.

The house is situated in a quiet and safe area, which is only accessible through a gate with guards. It has a big garden with seating areas where you can relax. Beds have mosquito nets. Our bathroom, in the main building was not fancy / renewed, but was OK. All was SUPER CLEAN! Vasant was our host, who is a great guy. He was kind, smiling and welcoming even when we arrived at 4 am! He really did everything to make us feel good. He prepared delicious breakfast with pancakes, eggs and various fruits. Breakfast was excellent and a lot! Vasant even gave us his phone number if we would need it in the downtown. He was very helpful and extremely friendly during the whole stay. Unfortunately there is no dinner option in the house, but we ordered food with Uber Eat. Airport pick up was organized by the B&B. We travelled with Samuel, who was always in time and transported us back and forth in the 4 days. We spent 3 nights at Edaala and it was truly a marvelous experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. We just stayed for a night before leaving; the airport is on the other side of Nairobi National Park, making it a convenient place to stay if you have an evening flight and your own car. It is also close to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage. The Edaala cottages are both centrally located and off the busy thoroughfares. The best reason to stay, however, is Jane and her husband. They were truly great hosts. They even organized mailing a parcel for us to northern Kenya, which was not a simple task.

I cannot recommend enough this place. It’s so peaceful, set in the suburbs of Nairobi and very safe. The hosts were so kind and made us really feel at home. It was fascinating to see all the home grown vegetables and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Guaranteed you won't find a better B&B for your stay while near Nairobi! The owners & staff are exceptional! They bend over backwards to meet your needs. The home and cottages are without question top-notch. You won't find more welcoming people than are at Edaala!

Our stay in Edaala was absolutely beautiful! As a couple, we booked first night in the wooden cottage and the day after we tried also B&B room stay. We really can recommend both! Both accommodation was equipped with bath and very comfortable bed with mosquito net, overall everything was super clean and cosy! In the cottage we also made dinner by ourselves and we really admire such a beautiful kitchen area in wooden design. Outside area is so peaceful with beautiful garden and palm trees, birds singing and everything green everywhere. Big big thank you to Mrs. Jane for her daily assistance when needed (taxi, translation, travel advices) and her husband Bernard who can make the best pancakes for the breakfast. We love Kenya and we will be happy to travel and visit this family fantastic accommodation again! Thank you!
