Good and supportive staff. Hotel location and ambience is very good. Hotel food is good. Room service is good.

A pleasant stay with an excellent view and cafe restaurant. Loved the stay and the hospitality.

The hotel was fabulous, and the stay was very comfortable. Restro ambience was perfect and the food quality was awesome. The price was high rest all the things were up to the mark. Food and drinks were overpriced.

The experience was very bitter, at the time of check in, they lied that the allocated room is one I had booked, but when confronted with the picture from MMT app, they accepted that since the room was not available so did so. Allocated room what too small cramped hardly had any space to move around, shower had no pressure, we had to manage with bucket shower. Even the next day after changing the room to correct category, condition of bathroom was same. Food was terrible and highly priced. We ordered for “Garlic Chicken, and “Chicken chilly” was served. Overall, the experience was very bad. You can find many other cheaper and better option around it, try out the same.

THE CONTACT NUMBER GIVEN ON HOTEL WEBSITE IS "FRAUD" - My family contacted on that number which is given on hotel website - the hotel person picked up the call and asked us to do online payment since only one room is left - he shared a QR code for the same - we paid Rs. 8,800 for two rooms - later when we reached the hotel - The receptionist said no booking done and we have to make payment again. The number was taken from hotel's official website only - the receptionist said he is aware of such thing in the past and have also lodged an FIR - WHY THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE IS STILL DISPLAYING A "WRONG NUMBER" - We did not get any refund also. TOTALLY FRAUD EXPERIENCE !!!

The view from the maple view room is worth it. The food was superb and amazing. The staff was helpful

Overall the stay was good but i didn’t liked the food at all and the room was soo small according to price, but the hotel is cute and is best for family, friends and couples. And it’s just on the mall road
